Magneto vs Mystique - Final Fight Scene. | X-Men : Days of Future Past (2014) 

Love how Magneto just recognized Charles wasn’t controlling him and felt that the helmet was no longer necessary. Charles really did grow in this movie. I mean to have Charles powers and not be always in peoples heads must truly be difficult but comes to show the level of strength it takes. Everyone is different. They ALL have their own challenges.

The fact that this senator WENT RIGHT BACK TO BEING ANTI-MUTANT after mystique saved his ungrateful ass means Magneto was right.

this movie was a masterpiece, was so disappointed that they didn't make anymore after this one.

I love the part when Saul Goodman convinced Erik to come with him. Bob Odenkirk deserved an award for his performance in this movie.

Low key highlight, the look on President Nixon’s face when he realizes this whole thing was a mistake. Sort of something I guess we all need to do sometimes.

Great thing about the prequels is it made minor characters important. We only saw beast in X-Men 3. Mystique was someone who fought along side Erick but we didn't know why. These films made us figure those characters were actually a lot more important.

Professor and Magneto has such an old and amazing relationship!

I never liked how Magneto was able to rewire the sentinels . There is more to reprogram a robot than just making wire and sticking it into their brains

What would have happened if Mystique ignored Charles Xavier and just shot Trask without a word? How would things have gone differently and would the Deadpool movie still happen or not?

To think that raven would go from being a character that takes punches and kicks to now making the right choice speaks volumes!!

X men aren't mutants or freaks, they're just people like you and me they deserve to be treated with respect.

Brilliant film. I only wish Apocalypse and Dark Phoenix could have lived up to same pedigree rather than falling :-/ (although Apocalypse ok for me). This was last true great X Men film in this franchise (not including Deadpool or Seperate Logan films)

Eric shoots mystic and mystic shoots Eric and Eric also shoots Charles and Charles treated mystic like crap yet the three of them are closest circle of friends 😂

so are we going to just forget the fact that magneto got shot in the neck, it might not be fatal but that part where he got hit has multiple muscle in there to stabilize his head but he just turn his head 3:22 like he doesn't feel anything ahaha. just one single muscle there scalene, suboccipital, levigator scapulae or the upper trapezius is enough to prevent you from turning your head in any way.

I think if Raven had killed Trask, it would have started the war against mutants, replacing the Cold War, in 1973. Therefore, there would be no Xavier School and Charles and Beast would have had to join the Mutant Brotherhood and Apocalypse to survive. Wolverine would be Weapon-X and Laura would be evil, if she existed. USSR would attack Chernobyl, for accelerating mutation in babies like Colossus (killing everyone in their city, in this case). USA would interpret this as an act of truce, even a temporary one. There would be a genocide of mutants, like the holocaust for the Jews. There would be as few left as in Logan. And many humans would also die. Innocents, like in The Gifted, but worse. There, there was a killer in a peaceful activist group. Here, many mutants would kill humans as an act of war. Even the most innocent of us would die. Terrorism would be common. If Apocalypse took over the world, the human race would be nearly extinct. If Charles, Beast and... let's say Jean, Scott and Bobby stopped Apocalypse, the new timeline would look like the comics. In constant war, the Sentinels would not have so much time to be developed and maybe they would be those giant thrombus from the comics. They would have replaced one Future Past with another.

90s animated series with Bishop and Gambit at odds with Mystique posing as Gambit trying to kill the president was awesome. This is ok.

Such symbolism here, despite what people say and feel about Stan Lee he was able to capture the essence of reality with his fictional universe. Another good creator is George RR Martin. Its easy for the strong to justify their actions over the weak simply because they can and condemn those who are perceived weak wrong or wicked when they strike back. As humanity consciousness evolves, so does its soul. Only when the strong truly accept what they are and their effect on those around them, then we as a people can be delivered to the promise land.
