The most beautiful property I have seen on RU-vid in relation to buying a home in France. So extroidinare. I had to repeat this video just to absorb the sheer beauty of this place. I congratulate the current owners on a wonderful home. The presenter Isabelle was great too, allowing you time in this video to look at everything. It was not rushed, great job.

Je n'ai pas vu une bonne propriété comme celle-ci depuis longtemps. Absolument avec goût à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. L'extérieur en pierre est intact et l'intérieur est bien meublé. Meubles de goût de qualité. Le jardin est superbe.. Merci Isabelle 👏🙏

En effet, j'étais sur place pour filmer ce bien ce jour là, et je peux vous assurer que bien qu'ayant déjà filmé des centaines de biens, j'ai été impressionné par la qualité de la rénovation, comme vous le soulignez bien, les pierres maçonnées, les enduits, les toitures, tout est en parfait état. Et puis on est vraiment au coeur du Perigord noir, avec un terrain qui permet absolument à tous les projets de s'exprimer librement. On adore comme vous. Bonne journée.

Stunning property which seems a song at the price, but the old adage, Location, location, location applies here. In our village in the languedoc this property would be marketed at 3-4 million !

In some cases the vendors love their property so much, they stayed for decades in it, renovating it with passion, that they can put it off market, and then back for instance. Or a sale can drop sometimes ( luckily not often) and many other personal reasons but I agree, having filmed it, and knowing that most of the time these properties sell like hot cakes, it probably will find its new happy buyers this coming spring for sure.

What is that housy standing there in front of that house? Very nice house for the rest. Breton tiles...Really I would tear down the entree and replace it with a very classic glass veranda and then ask 901.000 euros.

The price has been dropped down and honestly the quality of the renovation, the location in the golden triangle of the black Perigord, makes it a really good investment.
