These types of things have been happening for decades in Downtown Houston. They need to fix that first instead of magnolia.

Metro train needs to go & they need to put the Greyhound station back in downtown

Is not only the bus station . The metro train makes it even worse

Why would they put a Greyhound bus terminal in a residential neighborhood?

I worked at the old greyhound station in the Cafe it was so bad and now I live in the east end now we don't need this greyhound station they don't care about the poor /middle class people. They would not do this to rich people

They just wanted cheap rent it was never about crime .

I have a rental property at 2016 Main and I'm so glad the moved the Greyhound. The property is now for sale and I'm excited to see what's going to be developed there.

It is sad what the rail did to harrisburg avenue! Now the bus station that draws criminal activity along with it. For those who know the neighborhood Briscoe Elementary is a few bloks away! Some parents walk their children to school everyday. this bus station is dangerous to all the residents of the area, and city council is sitting on it. Waiting to see if they can get away with sending these business where they can be overlooked and allowed to run business as usual, in areas where people can't sue the city.

I hate greyhound stations and bus stops along with metro trains area .. I use to work at a restaurant where it was next to a greyhound it was so annoying when random strangers kept using the restroom even when the sign says for customers only .. my boss told me to not let them use it because they can sue us since they’re random strangers who aren’t regulars eventually I was a server / security to the restrooms than one day ………. Yes this one day ……. A old women around her 70s ask if she could use the restroom at 7pm I felt sorry for her so I let her , than closing hours after 10pm going into 11pm my boss asked me who’s in the restroom that’s when I’m like crap …we knocked on the door no answer we kept saying that we are closed you have to come out no answer that’s when my boss used the key to open it and found the 70 year old women passed out with a syringe near her . My boss was like call 911 so the fire department came with the police they listen to the whole story and they were like bro why did you let her use your restroom she can sue you guys and possibly win that’s when my boss looked at me I told you this so many times, than the cop was like the lady is so high where she might not remember about this even so we won’t file the report for her to use it to sue you guys . Ever since then we put a key code lock on the bathroom doors where you would have to be a customer to get the code . The business next door to us gets shop lifted all the time so yeah that’s my point why I don’t like bus stops .
