I love this woman and character. She reminds me of my grandma. I wish more people gave this show a chance. This is one of my favorite tv shows ever (alongside Dukes of Hazzard, Smallville, Jericho, Battlestar Galactica reboot)
Great Reboot I was skeptical at first but I love it Jay is perfect for this role. I only saw the free CBS episodes and if CBS wants to give me free access to their paid subscription I will be honor. Episodes are awesomes
I was a HUGE fan of the old show and I didn’t want to like this reboot, but I do. They’ve done a great job of capturing the fun light hearted spirit of the original. And although the relationships and dynamics between the characters aren’t as complex as the originals (especially Magnum and Higgins) it’s still fun to watch them interact with each other. Overall it’s a fun show to watch and get lost in. This die hard fan gives it a 👍🏻.
we have some local kids that have done some wonderful Hawaii paintings at 322 Pour on East Main in Belleville Illinois do not know if they are for purchase but it would be nice to see the character Higgins have some paintings like that around her house somewhere or in Magnums
Sorry the show is cancelled. I wish they had hired more Hawaiian actors except as "bad guys". I've been to La Mariana several times. It is a real place. Very vintage. Kumu and Jin are my favs. At one time I saw Perdita as a little girl with her big sister, Honeysuckle (Foyles War) playing the same character. It is uncanny how much they looked alike.
Watch it every Monday night except for this past Monday Dec. 3rd. they had big bang theory on piss Me off. I would like to know the location of the house.
I have a right to MY opinion...this isn't a communist site. I respecty ALL of your opinions so why can't YOU respect mine? I'm just tired of cbs doing all these retreads. The real Magnum Tom Selleck even expressed sadness at this "Show." I'd have been fine had they called it anything else and left the best version of Magnum PI alone. This may be a good show...and I AM glad some find joy in it. I was merely expressing my personal feelings just as you were with your reactions. I'm truly sorry for upsetting you. Enjoy the show...I will not.
Not a fan of this reboot. Why wasn't this done with Selleck, Mosley and Manetti? This installment was better left not ever being done. Sorry but most Magnum diehard fans feel like this.
I tried to give this show every chance but it is total crap so much CGI, and it does not work the original magnum had none of that.The original Magnum PI was filled with humour and humanity. The car chases were the real deal unlike this new show when you can tell they are doing no more than 30 MPH it's pathetic they play the audience for fools. I have now just watched episode 12 and this show is getting worse. The Actors are so mismatched and the acting is plane awful. With any luck it will get cancelled just like the other shows from back in the day that they tried to revive. I am not going to watch this rubbish any longer I have all the 80s Magnum on DVD never got fed up with them and watch them over ans over again.
you're just being plain rude. the reboot is amazing, have some respect dude. honestly, i personally think that the reboot is way better than the og, no offence. i don't say you couldn't express your opinion, but wishing for the show to be cancelled is just rude and very low of you to have the audacity to say it. like i say, have some respect. Despite your wishes, the show has just finished season 2 and is ready for season 3 just so you know. :)
