The Spirit comes from Magnums 3rd Studio LP 'Chase the Dragon' in 1982. This 3rd LP was initially to be called 'The Spirit', which would have made this the title track. It is a remarkable song and Tony really nails the guitar solo near the end. A true Magnum classic. I have no copyright on song or pictures.
