@@nmaurok: She's supposed to be like a mediator between the grandmasters and the common folk, she first did similar in Norwegian studios when Carlsen was all the rage (well, he still is, but there was a time when he was everywhere on Norwegian television during large competitions). It's not that bad of an idea, because she will often ask and probe about things that lots of people watching wonder about, but it's just funny when she starts to talk about mind-games in terms of breathing and sacrificing yourself for a psychological advantage, LOL.
Why don't you comment the live board instead of showing an immaginary game of what may or may not happen while we miss every move that they actually play and we need instant replay every 10 seconds? Or at least make your assumptions quickly BEFORE a move happens because what's the point of showing us lines when they have already played something else
Because to people who aren't total beginners, that stuff is the most interesting, to analyze the variations and why they played what they did by seeing why they didn't play the alternatives. Also, the live board is still visible while they analyze, you dingus.
lol "imaginary" game, come on mate. You know they're showing what could happen if certain things pass. How else would you be able to follow the strategies they're referring to?
Great work - use half the screen to go through your analysis and possible moves and then just scream "WHAT HAPPENED". Maybe we want to see the live board more than your 'possible' moves.
Magnus said: "I'm the best ever. I'm the most brutal and vicious, and most ruthless champion there's ever been. There's no one can stop me. Maxim is a conqueror? No, I'm Alekhine, he's no Alekhine. I'm the best ever! There's never been anybody as ruthless! I'm Bobby Fischer, I'm Kasparov. There's no one like me. I'm from their cloth. There's no one that can match me. My style is impetuous, my defense is impregnable, and I'm just ferocious. I want your heart! I want to eat his children! Praise be to Odin!"
Sorry for the slight, but Kaya has no clue about the game. Lol. Mind games? No, that is the position playing itself. Not everything is psychology in chess.
I'm sorry but i'm finding really frustrating that the hosts often interrupts the flow of the game to show some cheesy computer line. I already know Stockfish is the strongest player out there. I'm here to see humans play. I'd much rather hear some comments on the actual board.
