Don't worry about using EM drones on the sabre, because sabre has the same EM/Explosive resists. So EM would be better because you have medium ones.

It has a nice module lay-out, can use Command Burst to make the double armor repairers even better and has 240 dps. It's just a super good command destroyer :)
