Toby is 100 percent right i can tell u Grealish game in a nut shell. Square up the defender as if you're gonna take him on cut back inside and pass back or wait for the slightest contact and dive. Hold the ball too long because this guy loves the camera on him. He is always the first one to jump infront of a camera. All i will say is his work rate went up. But city did what they did inspite of him.
