Ironically, the insane amount of time it took to charge the titan in the second game is kinda how it should be balanced in hindsight. It shouldn't be possible to bring out titans with the first 3 minutes at least.

Nobody brawl with it because has no defense system. An eiffel with bendy weapons could smoke you in one salvo. Until eiffel still flying there is no safe brawler
People will brawl with it....they'll put repair amps to give it defense points, so far I've seen these weapons along side inferno, but for medium range. THMG. No one uses the TR because they suck and barely do Damage
They might as well make an electric Titan with electric weapons that can teleport like the scorpion. Then when it gets to you, you get a blackout and blind

Maha-Vajras have low accuracy of aiming, but you need to come close to an enemy with those energy shotguns. Bersagliere is not good at combat and the best way to flee from combat is to jump back.
