This slogan in Parliament at oath taking ceremony, while he is still standing at the podium and as soon as swearing faithfulness and solidarity to India, he said Jai Palestine.. so if u mean the minute oath is completed, what’s all said and what they will do/say later against India doesn’t matter? What’s the point of oath then? What does Constitution or IPC say about it? No punishments for deviating oath?

Owaisi must migrate to Palastine - if he is so concerned. There should be some penalty for not taking the oath seriously as an MP by Owaisi.

Mahesh Jethmalani, please don't cling on this technicality namely "Gap", come out whether our Parliament is an apt place to register one's loyalty towards other country, that too at the time of taking oath. If he is that much kind enough and can't see these type of atrocities why he avoided Jai slogans for Ukraine, Yemen etc., his religious sprit made him say so and still he pretends to be secular, no sensible person who love their country could tolerate this, he is not at all loyal to our NATION.
