I currently have a Mahindra 6110 (60 hp) for 4 years and I’m upgrading to a bigger tractor very soon. I’m looking at the 6075 but also considering a very low hr used m85 that they have also. The thing that I love most about Mahindra is the fact they have no def fluid, no regeneration and no particulate filter. That is something that none of the other brands can say. Everything about them is bigger and heavier built. Once you own one you stop even looking at the others. Great video! 👍🏻
@@HamiltonvilleFarm 6075 doesnt have def or dpf, its also only 71hp . Not sure about over 75hp needing def/dpf couldn't find anything on mahindra website even up in the 100+ range.
Just bought the Mahindra 6075 with front end loader. The only complaint is it’s noisier in the cab than I expected. But I love the power, the awesome ride, and that 4WD! I enjoy your videos Hank an keep up the good work.👍
As a NH Workmaster 75 owner, and also being someone that looked at all the other brands, you do come off as a Mahindra salesman. The Workmaster does have a drag-link in front, but it is up high. The number of cylinders doesn't matter if the bore of the cylinder is sized correctly. The Workmaster does come sandard with SSQA. You have the option for global QA. The 540E would have been a home-run for the Workmaster, and I wish I had it. After sitting in several cabs (JD 5075E, Mahindra 6075, Kubota M7060, Etc) The Workmaster offered the most standard options, at a respectable price. Also, the Workmaster has HVAC vents behind you, and also ones that focus on the windshield. That for me, that is what sealed the deal. When the hot sun is blasting your back, you want those vents. In the cold winter, you want them facing you, but you still want to see.
I think you do a good job explaining about the tractors you have showcased. Great to have a channel like yours where you can see different tractors and the options that come with them. I like doing a little research online before I buy anything.
Hamiltonville Farm once you get ac on a tractor you’ll be doing the most minor tasks in it like going to get the mail in it when it’s 100 degrees out lol
I've been researching the 6065 vs the 2660. In this video it looks like there's some material holding the loader hydraulic lines together. Is this OEM or aftermarket? I don't remember seeing this on the 6065.
Great video. I need a tractor and plan to get one soon. I wish there was a closer dealer to me. The only close dealers I have are green and orange. Red would be nice!
Hope you get one soon. They are super handy around the property. If you're like me, you'll do a ton of research and pick the one that meets your needs👍
Sure would be nice to have a newer tractor. My 1968 Case 580ck backhoe does the trick but I seem to work on it as much as I work with it. lol. Thats a nice tractor. :)
Thanks a the review. The Mahindra is a fine tractor and as you said all tractors have good and bad. I own a New Holland Workmaster 75 and offer some corrections to your observations. My seat is air-ride and 3 way adjustable. The pull down sun visor isn't subject to breaking anymore than the one in the Mahindra and your observation that the New Holland isn't as safe in a roll over is just your opinion. I will say the control layout in the New Holland is more refined and I do wish I had 540E. I do feel you were somewhat "selling" this tractor as you never mentioned negatives of the Mahindra and only negatives on the NH. Keep up the good work! I enjoy your videos.
Man that is a nice tractor. Really big one. I know some of the compact new holland are LS tractors but the bigger ones I think are true New Holland. I like how Mahindra puts the tie rods behind the front axle. That is nice. I like them but I don't think one is super close to me. I have Kubota near me, Case, New Holland, Kioti, and Yanmar.
Wish you would have raised the hood.see if they have changed the radiator and intercooler design.i have a 5570 .and after a couple of hrs brush hogging goat weeds on a hot day radiator clogs and no good way to clean it out
If you're not a member of the Mahindra Tractor Owners-USA Facebook group join and ask them. I'm sure they will be able to answer the question. I wished I had known about it before the video and I could have mentioned it. Try that group, they are helpful. Thanks for watching 👍
I own two JD tractors (big and small) and love them both. I have used my neighbor's Mahindra a couple of times and it is Junk ! The motor smokes like hell when started, the seat feels like a picnic table bench, the throttle is so sensitive, when you just touch it, the RPM's are through the roof (and there's still 4 more inches for it to go up in the slot) the hydro whines like a bitch when you step on the pedal, it just doesn't feel like a well-built machine. I don't care if it's half the price of Deere, you still couldn't convince me to buy one. You GET what you pay for !
You should have gave the rear pto lift specs and especially the front loader bucket lift specs and compared to lift master. Remember pull more lift more plus the total weight of tractors. More weight =more work.
Great review next time grab up those keys and let's see what that Mahindra run and work like LoL. Thanks for sharing. Next time spar Mahindra against orange or green Tractors easy on us New Holland Tractor owners LoL.
Good video! Just have to say you didn't hit the nail on the head with the New Hollands. The seat does slide back and forward and the backrest does recline. The cab was a huge selling factor for me on the workmaster vs the mahindra. I'm not brand specific at all and liked that the mahindra was heavier was but in the end it just felt like it was made as cheap as possible but yet the price was almost the same.
Good job on the review, like the Mahindra's, will be making a decision in the fall, will be getting 4 quotes from area dealers when the time comes for pricing, attitude, service, and support.
Yes...make sure you ask the dealer all the questions you can think of. A good dealer makes all the difference in the world. Pick the tractor and dealer that is best for you and your budget/situation
video is pretty biased IMO, the work master 75 is better reactor all the way around, skid steer attachment is on everyone one of them, both side doors open standard, better sun visor, sun roof is clear with standard black out screen to shield from the sun, standard radio and bluetooth, standard buddy seat, steps are closer to the cab and protected by the tires from limbs etc, def fluid free engine, i looked at both and bought the work master 75 and it’s been a great tractor, even when it’s 106 degrees outside the A/C keeps it comfortable and i didn’t have to tint the glass.
