Mahindra should have launched the 5 door Thar early with a 4x2 transmission and it would be an absolute hit in the Indian Market . The 3 door Thar has usability issues and once the Jimny is launched it will kill the sales of the 3 door by atleast 50 percent .
6:46 now even the 4x4 version comes with black coloured bumpers. It's been removed few months back itself!!! So only thing where you can find it as a 2WD is the absence of 4x4 badge and the mHAWK engine badge in case of Diesel. Nothing other than that in the exterior.
Mahindra is taking there customers for a ride. No certainty of delivery dates even after booking early, no calls no email just a vague script that delivery shall begin shortly. Since I love this car and have booked one I am hoping Maruti Jimny to launch at a competitive price and set there brains right.
That is sign of a cheap brand, as soon as they saw some sales their showroom started acting like buy or get lost. No wonder aftersales is going to be shit.
Why are people expecting lower variant to be priced at 9.99? It is without automatic n AWD and saving of tax benefit. I think 9.99 lacs should be highest price for the top variant for this new Thar RWD..
Only its petrol gets automatic and new 1.5 diesel only manual in RWD version, whereas it gets option of both manual and automatic transmission in 4wd versions of both petrol and diesel.
Thar at 11 lac on road price ❤ now think about Venue / Sonet 😂 who will buy those poor 3 staR vehicles with UNSTABLE STRUCTURE 😂 brezza and nexon too will feel the heat 👍
Jimmy 5 door 4x2 will deliver a knockout punch to the thar. IMO the 5 door Jimmy 4x2 will be much cheaper than this and the 5 door Jimmy 4x4 will be priced at par with this 4x2 Thar. Only advantage of the Thar is its size and road presence.
In 2023 CRDE engine is smoothest.. Hahahaha Marazzo ko bhi leke doob gaya..
