I'm not counting Hakari's domain as a domain in the same way as Malevolent Shrine and Infinite Void because his domain is fundamentally different from the other three. EDIT: Hoping people read this comment because this one's important. Mahito's getting a second awakening (ISBoDK) so it seems like Tze's giving him his own kind of Mahoraga. Therefore, Mahito's domain being bad compared to MS and IV might end up being justified depending on how utterly broken Tze decides to make ISBoDK. We'll have to wait and see. Video on the ISBoDK sneak will be out soon.
Hakari domain serves a different purpose, saying that mahito is better is like saying that a dagger is better than a shield in the sword fight because the shield cant directly attack
You should be able to use R+idle transfiguration turns you in to a spiky ball and when pressing idle transfiguration in the air turns you in to the bird form from Manitoba you can only use manitou 3rd move while flying in the air like megumis snake you can grab them with drill splitter but instead of drilling them you pick and scratch them then they should add his final move a counter where you burst outing snakces like his new awaking and bring the old back after you hit all of you base moves ( idle transfiguration drill splitter and the counter ) you unlock a secret passiv When using your domain and ypu managed to get the counter in your do sin you turn in to manitou true form (I don’t have ideas for true form) +they should add head splitter as an R variant while being in ult like it has a smaller radius less damage and you can use your domain while being the head since ypu use your domain with your mouth thx for reading…if you did when not it’s not problematic I still love your videos

I find it so annoying that Tze is trying to balance Mahito's domain. A domain is literally meant to be a win button if it lands. Its balanced because its hard(ish) to land. ngl, Ten Shadows wins. In a fight where both characters use their awakenings, Ten Shadows has 1 thing above Mahito (if Mahoraga isn't allowed), and that's the ability to use base mode when moves are on cooldown. Rabbits can completely shutdown any chance of Mahito using Idle Transfiguration, and can start a combo with elephant, then bird, blah blah. And if Maho's allowed? Forget it. He goes toe to toe with some of the best awakenings in the game.
I know people who use their base combo, then ult combo, and then summon raga and do a combo with him. (we were in a private server and he was fighting a hakari with infinite awakening. Suffice to say it was sad)
megumi can also use serpent into the sky and summon raga. doesnt always work (rng dependant) or they could use serpent into the sky then look up and use elephant and then summon raga (works more often)

Removal of mahito's awakening black flash was a big hit too in my opinion. I loved doing half of my opponent's hp with black flash into the awakening black flash.
They should make it so that the purple bar in the domain enables you to use idle transfiguration and kill them with one blow, if u hit idle transfiguration before the domain the purple bar should empty faster.
The thing with mahito's domain is how it is not even that easy to get players in it from how short the distance on how close a player needs to be to you in order for you to get them in a domain like if you have them stunned and use your domain there they can still get far enough to make sure the domain doesn't catch them if they think quick enough and dash out of the way like the only way you can get players to get in mahito's domain is if you catch them off guard when they don't have time to react to you activating his domain by standing on someone's domain like a hakari or sukuna or gojo domain untill it goes away and when it goes away and you land on the ground you have to quickly pop mahito's domain in order to get players in the domain because they wouldn't have time to react to that but anyways all I am saying is they need to buff mahito's domain because you can barely get any players in it and it's hard to even kill any players in the domain now because of the update's nerf.

@@averageslapbattlesplayer200 I’ll admit one thing, the Domain shredding is awesome. But, there are many inconveniences that come with using BR. The BR itself does not do much damage. To say “combo extending” with any of Mahito’s moves besides focus strike is kinda crazy since they don’t lead into any m1s. Also, body repel is normally the last move in the combo for Mahito so all I’m really able to do with it is down slam and if I’m lucky one other move. But normally what happens is they dodge right in time because the wind up is long enough for a slight bit of hesitation to use it will be too long.
When my friend was playing Mahito before the update, people would complain about him killing them in his own domain. From what I've seen and my friend told me, it seems like the people who complained the most were (very) sweat vessel players (I just wanted to share this observation with some people as I really have no clue what to do with it)
Honestly, I think I have a really good idea for Mahito’s ult. M1s trigger the transfiguration bar. Anyone who has the transfiguration bar will be instantly killed if hit with idle transfiguration or put in a domain expansion. Idle transfiguration can activate the transfiguration bar and it’ll go down faster than using m1s to trigger the bar. I say this because we know Mahito is basically supposed to be able to one shot anybody in the actual show. So in the game for his ult just make his m1s trigger the transfiguration bar. Then make things like his DE and idle transfiguration much more balanced by just being able to one shot anyone with the bar. That’s completely balance the bar not going down upon him being stunned, all of his shitty awakening moves, etc. he’d finally be on par with every other ult.
What I understood from what you said, is that when you M1 and hit them with: DE, or idle transfiguration it’s a one shot. Maybe make it his R or smth, and it could be ranged. It could also hit multiple targets.

I find it funny how the only thing that Mahito had that was “op” was extending off blade dashes and the soul fire when he was new, yet everyone complained about how op he was despite his combos being very ping reliant and by far some of the trickiest to pull off out of the current roster of characters. Mahito has been unjustly scalped so many times because of people complaining about things that weren’t really an issue. He went from a decent moveset to being outright mid. His 3 got gutted at least twice, along with being given a third varient that was never useable, his domain was the only lethal that you could survive in a 1v1, his idle transfig takes 2 hits and damaging you and had a disgusting cd, while sometimes throwing you off the map if unlucky, don’t get be STARTED on head splitter, drill splitter is only good because it’s his only mode move that can really waste an evasive. His moveset has been flawed for a long time but people’s skill issues paired with him getting scalped or never getting progress cus of mid updates has made him one of the least playable characters. I originally estimated his release date to be around August 18th. It’s been almost a full month since then and all he’s gotten was hella nerfs, the most useless move in the game, and one mid move to replace that.

I edited some thing) Here’s my suggestion for a character this is my first one and i hope you like it (don’t mind bad grammar) Kento Nanami Character select name:Mr 9 to 5 Stats: he does the least damage in the game in base m1s but he’s cooldowns are slightly shorter than most.M1s are a mix of hits with blade and sword. R special: infuses cursed energy with he’s move for a couple seconds and has a long cool-down this does longer the cool-down of the move and can be cancelled by being hit. First move(simple slash): a slash that is has the same range as Reverse balls (knocks back and ragdolls at close range and just delivers the the damage and slightly stuns and a far) and is wide enough to be side dashed out of and is block-able (not when r special is in play tho) Second move:(fatal knee) dashes towards the opponent and knees then to be followed up with a combo,the finisher is the player slicing the opponent’s head off.(blockable). With R special it is still blockable but when it lands it follows up the player vanishing to the back and hit him twice more, the last slash hits the enemy far enough to not be hit by a dash(finisher has him throw his blade at him when they get launched). Third move(Blade rush): This move is a hit twice one with the base move having a start up time and dashing forward to slice them up into air higher than a normal uppercut and makes then fall to the ground (while in air can be side dashed out of). The move if tapped again during the start up will have them stay in place and have the enemy be cut along the 7:3 ratio and sent to the left (this move does not differ with the R special).Finisher to base on has them land on the blade and be impaled, and for the 7:3 finisher your right arm gets chopped off. Fourth move (too slow): this move only counters melee moves the payoff for this is that it counters every melee move (except for takedown and hakari’s third move and sukuna R move) deflects throwables, the move works by holding out the blade and when you get hit an animation plays that the opponent hits the outstretched blade and then gets hit my the handle allowing for a combo to take place as it does not hit them away. with R special it increases the window that you need to get hit in for the counter to work (has no finisher). Ult:Overtime. Unwraps the blade and ties the cloth around his fist, this increases his damage by 20%. R Special: teleports to the enemy and hits them to the side, has the range of Sukuna’s world slash. First move(Twin Air Slashes) The player will slice the air twice in a diagonal pattern the first one is unblockable but the second one is. If you do it in the air the player will do a Tall vertical line(keep in mind it’s not very wide). Second move(“I simply chose the job I hated the least.”) Runs forward and when it hits the enemy gets cut along the 7:3(but knocking the enemy back). If you tap again before it hits the player will dash forward and slash the opponent (but not stopping when it reaches them so they end up behind the player and this variant is blockable). Third move(the zone) The move would make the player rush at the opponent and hit a mixture of regular hits and 4 black flashes launching the enemy into the air and away.if your camera or your mouse is on the opponent and you press 3 the player will jump up and hit them to the ground as a reward for their skill. Fourth move(Stoic pummel): this move is a close range one and makes the player throw the enemy up into the air and when they fall down they get pummelled into the ground(finisher is that the pummel is extended and ended with a black flash). I think tze should add something to the domain, an example if you press idle transfiguration or R inside of your domain, everyone inside get cut half of theirs idle transfiguration bar and getting ragdolled

Not to mention Mahoraga, who is basically just a full other character, with three extra moves for his 4th move slot, and several different modes. Sending my suggestions here till NoobEternally talks about it (Day 4) Every character should have a feature they can do with a throwable using their "Special" ability Gojo: Can use his special when throwing the item to create a distortion which teleports it behind an enemy that is within range of the special, however the enemy can cancel this at any point in the animation. Yuji: Can use his special to make it look like he feints the throw but then he throws it with more face giving it additional range and faster travel speed with the con of the throw taking longer to happen. Hakari: Can use his special while carrying it to protect himself from an enemy then throw the item back with extra force knocking back the enemy. Megumi already has one by being able to store it. (Mahoraga won't have a feature with a throwable) Mahito: Depending on whether it's the sword m1s or the hammer hand m1s the way it works will change, if it's the sword m1s the throwable is cut in half to create 2 items that are thrown, making it capable of hitting more people with the cost of the damage being cut in half as well, with the hammer hand mode the throwable will be thrown faster and harder having more knockback.
I think what they need to do is just give mahito permanent transformation bar. It will deplete by 1/10 on each m1. By 10/5 on idle transfiguration, and domain, welp will work the same I guess?
EXACTLY. As a Mahito main, I feel like making it start up longer, and less durable was fair. And it makes sense in the canon that it may be less refined than other domains, assuming the domain itself is a reference to his first time using it. But this nerf went too far.

I have a Hakari move variations suggestion cuz i like hakari :) Surging Drop - Jump + Overwhelming luck: Hakari jumps up off the ground and makes a crater that knocks everyone up when he lands. [this is when hakari first appeared landing on a shipping container when kashimo was about to finish of panda. I like this idea cuz it trades off overwhelming lucks single target attack for a aoe ] Leg Swing - Feverbreaker + R: Hakari swiftly jumps and turns to his side to perform a swing with both his feet knocking enemies to side doing a lil bit more damage if the enemy gets knocked into a wall [i just want more moves to use in his base. its so repetetive] Pseudo spins - Needs to be in his domain + R: "When Hakari is hit, he briefly staggers, afterwards glass shards shatter around him, revealing his pose as this knocks the attacker back and heals for 5 HP." [this one idk if its to "overpowered" since its 5 health but i wanted to atleast keep pseudo spins healing affect. but if it is to op a reskin inside the domain will do cuz im honestly surprised that Hakari's counter isn't a pseudo spin somehow]

I feel like if the Mahito user is attacked in his domain instead of outright stopping it the bar will just decrease slower, so you can still die by being too close, it's just that you can fight back to hold off the time of the domain

2 ideas for mahito domain balancing: 1. Make the domain last until someone outside breaks it, the domain user dies, or everyone inside died 2. Bring back old domain, but create the purple bar move down slower

maybe they could instead have anyone that's trapped in the domain take an idle transfiguration hit before it immediately closes. if you already hit someone with idle transfiguration and trap them in your domain, it instakills them and if you haven't, trapping them in the domain will make them die to the next idle transfiguration hit this way if someone does get stuck inside, it only instakills if you hit them once already, and if you haven't it atleast takes away one of their moves so that it atleast does something if you trap someone
I am a mahito user and, my god, that domain is bad, if they wanna nerf it, nerf all the domains, i only used the domain post nerf once, and before, it was an anti-jackpot measure, now, it's an invite to a combo
Day 1 of making move sets todo, R move boogie Woogie similar to Gojos special teleport but instead of teleporting to them they swap places with the nearest person but to balance it you can’t use this while falling in the void this would stop people who camp on the skyscrapers but this has a 8 second cooldown 1st move: similar to cursed strikes todo rushes in does a flurry of attacks this was made as a combo extender doing a decent amount of damage this is blockable 2nd move: is very simple you grab your enemy and throw them like he did to Yuji this will do low damage but send them flying and ragdoll them giving you a chance to recharge your other moves this is unblockable 3rd: move, slam todo jumps into the air and swaps with the enemy this will do low damage and ragdoll this is unblockable and hits ragdolled players 4th move: is a counter this swaps places multiple times at high speed this stuns the enemy for 1 second leaving them vulnerable for an attack sorry can’t think of a balanced awakening :( (edit) I improved this in the next vid if you want to see it check the next vid

I have an idea to let the Mahito domain to be very good 1:Screw the when in ragdoll, you don't die. So now people can't combo him and get away. 2: To boost idle transformation with domain, If the meter of a person is at half, it will count as like an idle transfiguration. So after the domain, he would be one shooting those same people.
I think a small reward for not killing other players in the domain expansion is that whatever damage is dealt to your soul bar, it should be reflected on your normal health bar, while it might not be an insta win. It atleast gives a reward for getting hit, since atleast for the few milisecomds you aren’t hit it does damage
I feel like if someone survives mahitos domain he should do 1.25x dmg to them and idle transfig should 1 shot them as he pretty much would have an 100% feel for their soul at that point
Ok guys just for a bit of comfort Mahito has used his domain expansion 3 times in JJK, and he caught sorcerers offgaurd with it. and during those times The first time, he got his ass clapped by Sukuna, and was blamed for “touching his soul” even though Itadori brought him there. The second time against Mechamaru, he got his ass clapped again by simple domain and a literal “FUCK YOU” to the chest. The third time was his 0.2 second domain expansion, and the most he ever got was Todo’s left hand 😭 So in conclusion, Mahito is canonically ass at his domain expansion Ok but fr tho, heres some tips you can use to compensate for his domain. 1. Use any of your other moves, drill splitter is unblockable, and that with idle transfiguration gives you more uninteruptible time for the purple bar. Mahito’s domain lasts 11 seconds, act fast with that time. 2. Mahito’s purple bar drains faster when you hit someone, no matter if they’re blocking 3. Unlike Gojo’s or Sukuna’s domain, it isnt safe to activate it when theres alot of people around, or else you’ll get the real Mahito treatment 😭 I hope these tips help you with salvaging Mahito’s domain and still utilizing it as a trump card 👌
Mahitos nerf was the most shit thing to happen in my life,I never experienced so much sadness at once in my lifetime and I got depression and Vietnam flashbacks as I remember other games where my main got nerfed while others stayed the same. I got any hoes since mahito lost Head Splitter from his ult moves,my family left me to rot and my wife took the kids
Ngl I feel like it was supposed to be a small nerf to give you a fighting chance but now every base megumi can stun awk mahito long enough to waste a domain
Id say a good solution would be having stun only reduce the bar drain and make anyone whos been in your domain able to be one shotted by idle transfiguration because their soul wouldve been touched from the domain
i feel like a bigger range on the bar decrease or just a moveset to PREVENT getting yourself in a combo in the first place would make the domain fine.not as good as the others,but still bassicaly a free kill if used right with that sort of moveset.i can see a character focused on avoiding combos and damage and using that to fight instead of just evasive
Another thing for hakari being punished is that his domain is unbreakable and ends up with him getting (essentially) immortality, it makes sense he can be punished in it because its so op. On top of that hakari doesn't need people in his domain to get use our of it, in fact he wants to be away from people when using domain. Mahito's definitely shouldn't be punishable as its offensive, there's no point in an attack if you never get to use it, which is what mahito's domain is currently. I hope they change it back even with ISBoDK coming out.
Here is a maki suggestion: move 1 shadow spear, a combo extender that stabs the enemy with makis spear from jjk zero. Move 2 : kunai counter, when the enemy hits you, you throw a kunai at them ragdolling them. Move 3 , quick kick, you kick the enemy, knocking them back. Move 4, Bamboo stick slap. You hit the enemy twice with a cursed tool made of bamboo, acting as a sheild breaker. Awakening name : split soul, you use the animation of when Mai dies , with Mai being replaced as an online friend, getting you the split soul katana. Move 1 awakening: split soul stab, an ability dealing 30 damage, stabbing the enemy, move two awakening, playful combo. You use the playful cloud to hit the enemy, causing knock back. Move 3 awakening, soul throw, you throw the split soul katana , hitting the enemy , last move, neck cutter; you cut the enemies neck with a katana making them bleed out over time.
I think the compensation for messing up the domain should make it so you only need to use idle transfiguration once to kill anyone who was inside the domain. I guess we can only hope his true form is good.
the only time SEOP has annoyed tf out of me is when I'm a mahoraga, where it should have no reason to go down the same amount as a regular, but even that is easily countered by just ground pitching them out of bounds immediately
atp just make it so that idle transfiguration has a reduced cooldown inside of the domain (4 seconds) and u dont have to land it twice.. it would be better if the domain worked in synchronization with idle transfiguration, since thats the whole point, their soul is at ur grasp.
It’s the fact that people are still being pleasant with Mahito’s weak ass domain. So I’m going to give what it should really do if everything stays the same. Instant one shot kill with no chance of survival whatsoever. BECAUSE THATS LITERALLY WHAT HIS DOMAIN EXPANSION IS SUPPOSED TO DO!!!
It would be kinda cool to have Mahito with the ability to pop ult while in stun like in the anime but I feel that’d be extremely frustrating to deal with
Let’s not forget the fact that you don’t heal AT ALL when using mahito’s ult. even Hakari heals when he uses domain expansion (I think, someone please confirm in the replies), so if you’re using the ult to get out of a tough situation, good luck with that. Now you have your mediocre ult that you will entirely lose if you use one of what is now 2 skills that actually help you in a fight. AWESOME 🤩
What if they changed it so that the further you are from mahito in his domain the faster the bar drains, but one m1 attack from mahito one shots you? Because his domain expansion is canonically his idle transfiguration without the need to touch his targets.
@@RockyEnderman With my idea you can still stun the mahito to stall out the domain but knocking him away will drain your bar‼️and if you are at the edge of the domain when it is opened you almost instantly explode‼️
The only way I could see keeping the no drain while stunned thing is if the IT bar draining was universal doesn’t matter where you are and you HAVE to get in close to stun the Mahito.
Idea:make it like sukunas domain but unblockable and must be close to them(which is already needed) Basically just the shrine but with like 50%domain coverage in stead of 100%
i think the stunning is a good idea in general since you do have some counterplay, its just the fact that its a worse sukuna domain I get tze wanted some counterplay, but i feel like just making the domain bigger wouldve fixed it, since you actually have space to run away from a mahito or i feel like having the bar just be hp woulda been better, while against maybe hakari jackpot it would be worse, you get some kinda prize, in the form of slightly draining the opponents hp. or maybe having his domain also remove 1 move from opponents? idk i just though of these just now, not very well thought just yet
All Domains except Hakari can be interrupted Hakari Domain can get him killed if he's together with an Awakened Player (with actual skills) Mahito Domain windup is 2x longer than Gojo and Sukuna Domain. You can either Interrupt Mahito or run away from his domain, while you can only interrupt Gojo and Sukuna or suffer the consequences. You have two ways to avoid Mahito Domain compared to only having one way to avoid Gojo and Sukuna Domain Yet here we are, giving a THIRD way of winning against Mahito
Im pretty sure this was in the update because people were complaining how it's an instant kill with a 0% chance of killing him in it, and tbh if you can't hit him when he's opening it that's just a skill issue aint our problem, I don't know fod sure but it's just something i hear people complain about a lot
Instead of 100% kill if you land a domain like grojo or suskuna, mahito now needs to land his domain AND start combo first, else he will just run out of time Bro got that 99/99 sinking deluge treatment😭😭
Double the Bar, remove that "stun mahito no bar loss" and make it less so you can get a knock back. Make the bar drop quicker when the victim gets hit but lose less when hitting mahito. Add passive bar loss that if left alone will do 3/8ths of the bar. At half bar loss, take a random debuff (todo lost his arm so a limb loss, restricting some moves or damage decrease, speed decrease or Cd increase). This ensures if people are annoying and try do long m1s and combos in the domain, they lose half bar eventually and get a debuff but if running is successful or you're a teammate you don't suffer since it only goes to 5/8ths, above the debuff part. Thoughts?
