Yeah depression and just life can make it hard to get all the things done that I want to do. I’m glad you’re enjoying Moby Dick. It’s so beautiful. If you want to stay at sea afterwords, In the Heart of the Sea is also good. The writing is not as poetic but it’s a fascinating telling of the story that inspired Moby Dick.
I haven’t listens to a lot of Mahler but I’ve found that version on Spotify so I’ll listen to it this weekend. And cool rocks are excellent! I have a couple of tiny skulls. And you got that Marea! I love it.

I didn’t listen to much Mahler during the early days of my collecting classical music, but lately I hear him in a way I couldn’t appreciate back then. I have so many comments I want to say 😂 I will try to just share a few! I love the Graven images deck and book!! I am going to have to keep an eye out for a copy of the book for sure... another one on the List. I miss the old cemeteries and headstones- that main cemetery in Salem at night especially, yes!! Glad to hear you go to the Hawthorne Inn for the charm, and not the bathrooms 😊 There is a phenomenon I believe related to wanting to immerse oneself in a vastness such as the ocean (can't remember what it's called). Seems it would be related to the spiritual quest for immersion into the All. I would be concerned too, though (depending) hearing someone speak of it in certain terms. Good to pay attention to these things. So much more to say, and will share with you via slow communication methods. Thanks you for sharing your experiences, and inspiring items that give you joy ❤

Oh you have Marea too! Funny, it made me think of you, did you share the deck as well at one point? Nicole @acottagewitch posted a side by side and that’s what I remember most. Yes, it’s referred to as the Tide Tarot, so beautiful. Haha ‘tis more than a rock 😂😂😂 I actually told him I shared his ‘rude’ comments on my skull and my beach combings, and he was eager to know what else I’ve shared about him 😂 I DID get to the beach today, despite lack of sleep! So glad I fit that in, and my daughter and I found more treasures 🌊 🐚 🪨 🤗♥️
