Just wanted to add / correct some info here (mainly for home users) - its not in between Kenia & Guatemala, it’s better than both. - features 80mm blind machined burrs (vs 71 & 65 on Kenia & guat). Which are highly praised. Also the big grind chamber doesn’t allow regrinding as much for more clean coffee - it’s not a worm gear adjustment mechanism. Inside this grinder is practically identical to the Ditting 804 (and ofcourse 805, which is identical to the Tanzania) - the motor is 760W / 1 HP
I have a question?? Does Tanzania able to make espresso fines. ? because i want to use it multiple fuction by make latte and retail so i need this small food print to work for my small mobile coffee.
We wouldn't recommend using it as an espresso grinder in a commercial setting. It does have some fairly fine grind settings, but the adjustment isn't ideal for dialing in your shots, and switching back and forth between drip and espresso would be very difficult to execute well. We would recommend having separate grinders for espresso and drip for that reason.
