Thanks for these videos Chris, I just discovered your channel and I’m very much enjoying it, being a old time fan of Zen … by Robert Pirsig, read that in late 70’s and still think about it on occasion while enjoying a ride. Which I started in 1965, loved reading Pirsig’s Zen-Motorcycle Maintenance in late 70’s. I find your presentation quite delightful, I also appreciate your motorcycle equipment review, the Michelin 10/90 off/on road sounds like just what I’ve been looking for, as well as a used triumph to put them on. my second M/C (purchased used in 1967) a Triumph 650 TR6C Deseret Sled - Loved that bike. My current ride is a 2017 BMW1200RT - my 4th BMW - a gift from me to me - my retirement bike. Thanks again for your dedicated riding and sharing - excellent film work.

Cheers thanks! I certainly have a love for older Triumphs - and would love to own one someday (although as a secondary bike - I am sure your BMW1200RT is a lot more reliable!)

I really enjoyed watching this video. Well done Chris. If I can make a suggestion, adjust your title to attract more viewers then more subscribers. Something like “Behind the Scenes of the Maine Motorcycle Video” or “The Making of the Maine Motorcycle Video“ or “How I Filmed the Maine Motorcycle Video”. Just a few suggestions.

Big fan here who has a question: where do bikers sleep? I'm currently in South Africa and I tried to plan a trip around SA, but there aren't any free camping sites. Zero. Hotels/motels/guesthouses are expensive. So where do you sleep?

Good question - maybe some national park campgrounds? We have national parks and state parks in the US and those are usually good options, although not free, they are much more affordable than hotels

Hey Chris,how are you using the action cam for on bike? Chest strap?

Yes just the standard chest strap setup. But I’ve done the chin mount before when I’ve rented bikes with windscreens / adventure bikes - to get a better view angle
