Looks like a modular from mid 70's but checking with owner. Not a double wide, no metal frame and full basement with storage room all shelved too. Outside entrance to home makes it easy to use full cement deep cellar that has a toilet in this region too!
Depends on day, lighting and minerals, leaf particles... they all add to the change in color. Less than 100 people in Bancroft, only 11 people per square mile in Aroostook County so not a lot of people to mess up our waterfront resources.
