I just purchased a reel like the one in your video. I am familiar with how to set the drag but, What is the function of the autoshift speed winch, please? And how is it set?

On an older model of abu ambassadeur, the drag should be free from grease. The drag elements were smooth and strong without grease. In fact you can increase it power by polishing the two metal disc on drag ass. plus one in top to mirror finish and put it back WITHOUT grease.
