Thanks for the video, very informative. I am having an issue with my winch, it spools in and out OK, but when I put a load on it during in motion, the winch clicks. I think the solenoid is OK, but it may be mechanical. Do you have any thoughts on this?
@@FixAlex Took it apart today, the pins and the lead edges of the pockets where they engage are worn. I am ordering new. Also saw no seals installed, nor brake. Since I have it apart, I might as well add those..Your video will help me get it back together for sure. Thanks again!
Having same issue glad I found this video and your comment. Looked at the sliding pins and they seem to be chewed up a little I believe when I take it apart I'll see if I need gears too. Thanks for video upload very very helpful
