The Porsche 911 Carrera 4S is an all-wheel-drive version of the Porsche 911, and was first introduced with the 996 generation (1997-2005 models) of the Porsche 911. In 2002, Porsche facelifted the 911 Carrera 996 generation models and introduced the Carrera 4S and 4S cabriolet for the 2003 model year.
