While on the Majestic Princess I ended up getting a massage in the very quiet and peaceful Lotus Spa. It was so nice I went back on the last day and got another.
You will find the spa down on deck 5, also known as the Plaza Deck, at the front of the ship. I was able to go down and get some video via a private tour after the main part of the spa and The Enclave was closed for the day, but I did not go into any of the treatment rooms because there were still a few people getting their treatments and I did not want to intrude.
There is a salon where you can get hair treatments, manicures and pedicures, but again, there were passengers in there pretty late, still receiving services. I did not want to intrude, so I was not able to get video of that part of the spa.
