Normally the spa opens at 8:00 AM and closes at 10:00 PM.

Hi. I just booked a cruise for 2023. I have been trying to obtain clarification regarding the Thermal Suites and it's pricing. Unfortunately, the reservations agent was not able to explain the Thermal Suites, its services, not the pricing differences. Is there ANYONE who is knowledgeable of this who is able to EXPLAIN it all to me? I would appreciate it.
