Tired of people always saying that. 🙄 I don’t believe in plot armor. Either a certain character is superior to another certain character in real time, or they aren’t. There’s a hierarchy to things. It’s not a board game that can be set up however someone wants. Death Battle on RU-vid is proof of this.

To answer your questions: When Kid Buu hurt Mr. Satan, he was unable to finish him off because Fat Buu still existed inside of him. Kid Buu then spit out Fat Buu so he wouldn't have anything restraining him anymore. The Earth was brought back thanks to Dende and the Namek Dragon Balls fixing the planet and reviving everyone and then they used the 3rd wish to give Goku his power back.

Majinn Buu is definitely the most Savage out of the entire round table. This ball of pink is the only thing in DBZ history, no, in Anime History, to either Eat or BODY the ENTIRE HUMAN RACE. After absorbing Grand Supreme Kai thousands of years of go it permanently altered his personality. By causing his usual pure evil nature to be held back by the kais more easy going candy and cake loving nature. So when he saw the dog get shot a weaker creature he cared about hurt he couldn’t contain his evil anymore and super buu his normal form reawakened. After healing the dog and sparing Satan he left to kill everyone else.
