9:55 My theory is that since Gear 5th gave the user the greatest freedom in its activation could it be that as long as the user has the will (and energy reserve) to keep going it will repair any damage to the user's body similar to Marco's Phoenix ability, but maybe unlike Marco (who had pieces of his skull blown away in fights without flinching) Nika's powers do not negate pain, so any attack against its user is an attack against the will instead, so basically Gear 5th has a will and energy (for now, maybe it will be different once Luffy unlocks the eternal sun and solve his own energy problem) based Regen during its duration.
