It was the original logo of the whitebeard pirates, the symbol in question is the manji a symbol that represented the footsteps of Buddah, however due to a certain dictator, Oda had to change the logo.
It's supposed to be a manji, a symbol that represented the footsteps of buddah, however due to a certain Austrian @$$hole Oda had to change the symbol to bones.
Really cool how the live-action was able to show how Luffy got the scar from the beginning and Zeff just eating his own leg. I guess since the show had a slightly more mature tone/rating from the start (and they sorta wanted to pull lot more from the manga), they could afford to include that stuff!
The cracker aokiji thing actually happened we just never saw how in the manga because it happened during the cover page series at the time anime just added sauce to it
When law gets pissed off from Luffy he be like "fuck you 🖕🏾😎🖕🏾" Edit : 784 LIKES, BRO THATS THE HIGHEST AMOUNT OF LIKES IVE HAD IN MY LIFE Edit : 825 LIKES, BRO I SWEAR THIS IS THE HIGHEST AMOUNT OF LIKES IVE GAINED
It's able to be more faithful because since it's not animated it's less likely to catch the attention of kids unlike the actual anime I was definitely shook how different the anime was to the manga when I started watching (was reading it first)
Also the amount of blood seen on both Ace and Jinbei during Impel down. Theyre covered in it and look much more tortured compared to the anime where they mayhe have some bruises
The scene where Luffy cuts his eye was actually meant to be in the start.. however, Oda thought it was too graphic for early television! Also, greatful they showed it later on since the scene was so good with the newer animation style :D
Zeff did eat his own leg in the anime, they did the backstory twice. I was confused when I saw that it was changed to being stuck rather than chopping it off
Bruh how many times does this have to be said lmao that symbol was taken by the nazis and has been around for much longer. It’s common symbol in Hindu, Buddhist, etc etc faiths
@@theflamingeagle572 ok? So all the other cultures that used it before the nazis adopted it should be banned from using it? First of all it’s not exactly the same, it’s facing a different way and not at the same angle, and second, don’t you think it’s important for those cultures to take it back and continue showing what it actually means? If a hateful evil group took something meaningful from you and your people, wouldn’t you want to take it make back show people what it actually means? This only bothers people who are ignorant enough to think it’s the same thing. Should we also never use the color red cuz the nazis used it? Super weird take
That's purely because the original translations were pretty bad and when they caught that mistake it was easier to keep it then go back and fix it throughout the whole series
Not only Akainu blew WB's head, but WB also cheap shotted Akainu from behind off guard in manga instead of Akainu looking scared in anime. In manga, Akainu tanked WB's cheap shot and immediately contraatacked back. When WB got one shot from Akainu he was already on his knees immovable.
@@toadro his other comments and replies have been "didn't ask, bonney cowgirl clears" "Fexr sold me fent in the back of a McDonald's" "Vegeta slurps trucks glizzy" and then more from that
when I started watching when we met Zeff I was bored because I found the begging to slow and I totally missed the part where he lost his leg and I just assumed he cut it off and ate it
So, i started watching one piece via the live action so i never knew that they don’t show zeff’s leg thing. They make that explicitly clear in the live action.
The fight with Kuros men when he saves Nani from that spinning blade thing in the anime he catches it in his mouth but in the manga it just goes into the back of his head
