An unexpected tragedy struck the lives of me and my 5 children . We lost everything . ..a father/husband our vehicles. savings. and country home . Dealing with the confusion and pain was incredible. For a whole year I spent much of my life pouring tears . It left me to raise 5 children alone. As a home school mom this was a huge challenge because my husband was the sole provider. Questions of where we would live and how I would provide when everything of value was stripped haunted me. But God is INCREDIBLE!! We witnessed a miracle as our home was restored to us through a go fund me as well as a very generous man that heard our story . Its been AMAZING seeing how God has met our every need. In fact, there has not been one moment in which we have been "in need". Our cup has been filled and is overflowing.

Your videos have been a great encouragement to my wife, Sandy, and I. My wife has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and I am now her caregiver after 55 years of marriage. She has been a pastors wife with me in ministry for over 35 years and a teacher for 20 years here in Duval county in Florida. When I turn on the TV and put on your music, she just lights up and enjoys every moment of everything you share and I just want to thank you for that.

The Lord has been moving in our life in a big way! We have moved our family of 5 from Ontario Canada to Alberta Canada as my husband has taken the call to go to University (at the age of 40 and with 3 kiddos) to become a pastor. The Lord is has really taught us all to have full reliance on Him through out all of this ❤

Being pregnant with baby number six has been very challenging, but Gods been faithful to take care of me and keep me healthy as well has our baby girl! We can’t wait to meet her very soon ❤

First I want to thank you Kirkland family for sharing your beautiful children, talents and home with us. I always have a smile on my face while watching! The Lord impressed us to move to Oregon 2 years ago. He blessed us with a modest home, a large workshop for my husband and 3 acres of wooded land and the most wonderful church community. One year ago my estranged daughter came to visit. God performed a huge miracle. She was converted, she said by the love, support and kindness of our community. She was baptized and we do Bible Study at least 2x a week over the phone. I am over joyed. She is waiting for her youngest son to finish college and plans to move up here onto our property to help me. I am disabled so she will help me with gardening, canning and anything else. God blessed us with a tiny home for her. God is so very good and always full of surprises! We praise Him for who He is and His mercies endure forever!

My daughter and I always enjoy video updates from your sweet family. The father has blessed us this year by slowing us down and teaching us to rely only on him. We sold our family homestead to move back to my husband’s childhood home and take care of his widowed mother. The father is faithful to provide all our needs!

Hi Lindsay and Bracken, you are such an inspiration and a godly example to us as a young family. Our family have also been blessed with a baby girl in March 2022. Postpartum recovery has been very challenging as I also have a 4 year old son with special needs. But I do have a very supportive husband and together we have been leaning hard on the Lord for strength and grace for each day. Life for the last 9 months has been constantly in survival mode as I had to deal with multiple illnesses. But God has been the anchor of our souls and he has kept our hearts from being shaken up and our lives from sinking in despair when stormy winds rocked our worlds. Thank you for your ministry and may God continue to bless your beautiful family. Merry Christmas to everyone.

It's so good to see the whole family the children are growing so fast !!! The Lord has helped me get thru the most difficult time. We lost our 2nd and youngest son to gun violence in August of 2021 . I have been struggling with this and been so depressed. The Lord has brought me through the deep dark hole of depression and comforts me everytime I don't think I can go on. I praise the Lord for bringing me through such a hard time.

Great seeing you all again. My mom went home to be with the Lord in August. God blessed me with several days with my mom, feeding her, caring for her and an evening before he took mom I sang hymns she loved, prayed with her. Before I left I told mom how much I loved her, she was a blessing to all our family and knew she was tired. it was ok if she needed to leave us. I left and few hours later I received call from nursing home . I feel so blessed to have been with mom last several days. She is so missed but know she with the Lord.

I am a "Granna" who cherishes the way you share your littles with us. I always worked from home while raising our family and the Lord has asked me to trust him to provide without my added income. He has been faithful and promoted my husband! God is Great! Your music soothes me to sleep and helps me to overcome fear. Thank you for blessing me and my husband of 42 years.

It has been a very blessed 2022. I started working with a foster/ adoption support group and seeing God daily in the hard places these families face, has been humbling. We also found a local church home after searching for several years. I did not realize how dearly we missed church community in our lives. Our adoptive daughter became baptized in Christ and is very involved in our church community. We homeschool as well, so seeing much Grace each day to one another. Prayers to you and yours for opportunities to spread the gospel to so many in 2023. Thank you for your uplifting music and videos.

I was an early homeschooling mom of 3 back in the 80’s and 90’s. Wouldn’t trade it for anything!! Now my daughter and son are both homeschooling the next generation. So proud of them!

I'm a second year homeschooling mom to a 5th, 3rd, and 1st grader and I'm amazed how God is opening my eyes to how children have a joy of learning if we feed what they love. (Rose)

The Lord has really given me more patience this year. We had my daughter and her family (5) moved back into our home for over a year while waiting to find a house. The Lord finally blessed them with a house and they moved out on a Saturday. That night my dad who is 99 years old fell and we have now become his caregivers. Patience and prayers are what we need and the Lord has been faithful. Peace.

Good to hear from you all again. This year God has provided housing for us when we needed to move and weren't sure where to go. It has also been a journey learning to trust God right where he has us right now.

God is so good and is showing me at 69 yrs of age to trust Him more and more everyday. Love that you are back making songs and seeing the kids grow.

The big change in our lives this past year is the Lord has led us to move my 90 yr. old mom from Pennsylvania to live with us. Biblically, I believe it is my responsibility to care for my mom. We moved her here at the end of August. It has been both a challenge and a blessing. She no longer has to live alone & be lonely. She is looking forward to seeing her grandchildren & great grandchildren this Christmas. :)

Great to see all of you! God has helped my Dad, my siblings and myself get through this last year of my Mom's long, long journey with Altzheimers. She went to be with Jesus peacefully at home in her bed on Sept. 22. She was in a hospice program. God helped the grandchildren (all over age 18) as they saw the years long progression take their beloved Grammy bit by bit. Sept. brought her no longer eating or drinking. She had stopped talking before that. It was her wish to not prolong her life so she was escorted to Heaven from her comfy bed at home. God is so good always. My Mother suffers no longer. We miss her presence and smile and hugs alot. We all knew it was time and were at peace with her decisions she had set down when diagnosed. I know she will greet me when it's my turn. Merry Christmas!!❤️🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻

I am a homeschooling mom and have been a christian for 25 years. I was born and raised in Brazil in a non-christian family. I have been watching your videos for the last 5 years and the Lord started speaking to me about 1 Cor 11. I covered for a while, but then I started working and it was really hard to do it. This year I decided to go for it and never turned back. It's such a blessing to me and my family. My 19 year old daughter who works with me started covering first. We are so blessed by your channels. Grace and Peace! ♥

Hubby retired this year and we continue to see how the Lord provides for us on a daily basis. I've started to attend a ladies Bible study which has been such a blessing! I come away contemplating the truths we studied from perspectives other than my own and it really enriches my understanding of His Word. Ps. My dad's name was Forrest. Such an old name and rarely used. :)

This year and last I have been self quarantined due to a breathing issue and all of the viruses going around. The Lord had been so present with me and my time in Him is so enriched by your music and your beautiful way of living. Also watching a few selected pastors and teachers on you tube brings me the spiritual food I would be missing since I can’t go out to church at this time; so thank you and your wonderful family for being a big part of sharing God’s love with me ♥️♥️

We’ve been so blessed with the gift of a new baby this year!

Our family loves your music and videos! We have seen the Lord caring for us and providing for us this year after we lost our home in Hurricane Ian. He's never once left us and has been faithful to show us His tender mercies everyday as we walk this unexpected road of loss.

I'm so thankful to see you back. I truly missed you all. Lydia is so beautiful. I have been raising my autistic granddaughter. I homeschool her and it's been really hard. Through the years the stress of it overwhelmed my heart, soul and mind. I did two things this year. I took her off regular curriculum and work now on what ever place she is at or cant comprehend.. math has been the worst. Numbers cause her melt downs. So now I use pictures and she is finally learning her multiplication table at age 15. The other thing I did which really is what I did first and continue to do is plead the blood of Jesus! Oh the power that is in the blood.! My stress level is pretty much gone! And my girl is learning. Not in the traditional way maybe but praise God it's working!

I have been so encouraged as A Grandma to 17 as I watch your videos !! Thank you for your time in encouraging people of all ages... The Lord has been and continues to be my Rock!! ❤️❤️

This year has been very challenging for our family. Lots of challenging times. But God has been so faithful to me and my seven children he has continued to guide us through all the storms we have encountered.

I lost my husband during Covid 2 years ago this February, we both watched your music videos before he died, we love your traditional hymns and I still find comfort in them , though my loss of him has such sorrow. I praise God that my husband was a Christian and I know he is singing with angels as he did in our church choir. I rejoice in the Lord knowing that we will reunite again one day. This Saturday would be our 44th wedding anniversary.

I have been praying for a little girl for many years, and in August I gave birth to one. I am so grateful God blessed me in this way. So I can totally understand where Lindsay is coming from. Praise God for your amazing channel.

First of all, thank you for the time you all take to provide us with these uplifting posts. They are a breath of fresh air in an increasingly dark world. I praise the Father that His light still shines in the darkness! This past year I have been blessed to experience God's steady hand of provision, strength, and tender kindnesses. So great to hear an update from you all! The Lord has been working in my life in the mightiest way this year! I became a believer at the end of July this year. Before that I had lived 19 years as a Wiccan. I am completely humbled and amazed about what God can do in anyone’s life. I thank him for his mercy in rescuing me and my family and giving to us the Holy Spirit to help guide us in his love. Your family is such an inspiration to me! I’ve never had much thought into how I was raising my son, but now I know that I want to make our family values aligned and centered within God‘s plan. You all have been a wonderful example to us and I enjoy watching all your previous videos. Love this! Beautiful. God has completely changed my life this past two years! My daughter and family are going to be moving 12 hours away and it’s been tough as a grandma to see my grandkids move. God has helped me to have peace with this change and your music everyday in my life. How can Lydia be a year old already? Wow, time goes by so fast! My adult daughter has cerebral palsy. She lives with us. Caring for her has been especially difficult the last year UNTIL The Lord revealed to me that caring for her is serving her. I no longer have the resentment I was carrying around:)

Greetings from IN! Thank you all so very much for your channel and your talents being used to glorify and honor our Savior! The Lord has moved and worked in many different ways in my life this past year. He's been with our family and provided every need financially, physically and mentally after our house fire right before last Christmas. It was a tough year but He got us through! I can see His sanctifying grace and power working in my heart! I'm so thankful for how faithful Jesus is.

God rescued me from a real sect, and has converted my heart to his ways, and, after five long years, my husband as well These past seven years He has blessed us with 5 little ones, and we have moved to the countryside. This is my first year trying a garden and I feel like I am living what He has called me for. He has blessed me with headcovering modesty, and has turned my heart upside down. I am just thankful to see families like us around the world, it shows that God is alive between His people, as He has always been. Please pray for Brazil, if you may, things are in a turmoil around the country due to politics. Pray so that God's providence keep reaching our little home. I love you guys, have been following you since blog #5 so many years ago.

God has just been providing for me, my sister and my mother so much over the year. I'm currently in university studying and with covid, we've struggled financially many times to cover bills. But we've seen the Lord provide in ways we could never imagine. The songs that your family produces has added so much joy to our day as well and has blessed our hearts and ushers us into the presence of God whenever we listen. Lydia is becoming my first favorite in this family, she is actually saying "Hey Guys" I love you all my brother you're guys my favorite too.

Now my year started out horribly when my mom died January 4th unexpectedly. Now my mom did give her life to the Lord just a year earlier and it was exciting seeing her change and falling in love with God and His Word. Before she never wanted to talk about "religion" but now we were praying together for my daughter. During that same time my daughter who had been living with her dad in Dallas got involved with the wrong people prior to that I had been homeschooling her, anyway she was in a terrible way and God was guiding all my prayers and interactions with her for the last 3 years but this year was the climax as she had left for California and was deceived by her so called friends and abandoneded there. She's 22. Anyway I was praying like crazy and she hasn't been telling me anything but I just knew to stand on the promises of rescue and deliverance. Long story short she agreed to come back and go to a Christian recovery place and so I took her there and went to make arrangements for my mom and while there I learned that she had left. I was crushed. But God spoke to my heart and said a Christian recovery place is good but I can work directly in her heart wherever she is if you keep believing! Wow. So I kept declaring and praying and thanking God every day all day long constantly and within a couple months in the middle of the night I get a call from her. She said she was in a hotel room with a stranger high on drugs and she had called out for help and suddenly God's presence filled her and she gave her life to Him! I could hear God in her voice! She asked me to pray with the guy because he wanted to give his life to the Lord as well and she wanted a witness! Praise the Lord! She came home the next day and we baptized her in the bathtub! She prayed through the addiction and paranoia for a month and is now completely free! And her prayers and devotions are amazing! Every one of her old friends are shocked by what God has done! Nothing is impossible for God! Anyway thank you for allowing me to share. God bless you all!

Hi family! It's so good to see you, thank you for inviting everyone to share how the Lord has been at work in their lives this year. Boy, has He been showing Himself in our family! 🙌🏻 This year the Lord has answered many prayers, but I'll try to be concise. We've been struggling for years, since my husband was diagnosed with TBI after an accident in 2015. This year the Lord led me to a company that offers unique products that are helping him recover when he had only been declining in health 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻. Father also has been leading me out into the world through an online group studying scriptural financial health. I have met so many wonderful people and have powerful prayer groups to keep me good company. He's helping me be a better mama and wife, and ultimately a better daughter and sister in Christ 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

GOD protected my oldest son and I in my Big Move across USA through 10 states from PA to ID over 2000 miles this Fall. AMEN (So Be It). 🙏 GOD BLESS THE Kirkland Family 🎚

Thanks for the updates Kirkland family! You have been an encouragement to many this year. We have peace and excitement in our new home that God led us to. It took a year of searching and praying and the Lord is always faithful. He has provided for us in so many ways and we want to honor Him with our lives.

God has allowed myself and my daughter to stay in our apartment. He provides all our needs. I'm so thankful for His salvation and freedom to be in the Word. It's so wonderful to catch up with you and your wonderfully blessed family.

2022 has been a year full of overcoming for me. After 5 years of migrating to Tucson, Arizona from the Philippines, I finally got my Driver’s License 🪪 (I’m terrified to drive, it’s one of my phobias but GOD healed and delivered me from it), got my 1st teaching job here in the USA after being on hiatus for 5 years, and became a more active member of an Evangelistic Church where we share the Gospel in different parts of the city (and the world, online)!🙌🏼✝️🙌🏼 Thank you LORD!🥹 I am feeling sick at the moment (about half our school population has been ill) but I feel very encouraged and uplifted by your videos! Thank you Kirkland family for being instruments of GOD!♥️

I am a 57 year old homeschooling mom who stepped out in humble obedience and was baptized. Praise God for the birth of his Son, who was born to die.

My mom passed away yesterday 12/14/22, at the age of 81. I have the peace of the Lord as I know she's with him. This year has been tough for me. I had my very first UTI in March, my dad had a stroke in June that put him in a nursing home, in October my mom was put on a ventilator and passed away yesterday as I previously stated. I have the peace and comfort of The Lord knowing all is in his hands.

I enjoy hearing some of the old hymns which are left out in the churches now a days. Your songs make my days better

We are growing vegetables and last years have been very difficult for us for several reasons like the hard weather, the heat, the fact we lost a working horse... Getting to introduce my grandmother to her 12th great-grandchild who was born in Germany where her parents were born. Spending quality time with family in Oregon like never before. Having two months parental leave to spend with my family in the US was the biggest blessing from the lord. ♥

In 2021 we had twins boys. One was born strong and healthy, the other was born with Down Syndrome and a congenital heart condition. We walked through many months of not only the shock of having a child with Down Syndrome (although he is such a blessing now) but also with him spending many months in hospital with multiple surgeries, the last one being open heart surgery this past April. Although it has been a very challenging year, we are so thankful that our little Judah is doing so well now and for all the Lord has done in and through our lives because of him. Your music was more of a blessing to our little family during that time than you will ever know and we thank you for being willing to be used of the Lord to bless others. Judah means praise/thanksgiving ❤

For the past year, I have been fighting one disease after another. It started in December with covid then in January I got pneumonia. In March I came down with the flu. Last month I got a second bout with covid, but it wasn’t nearly as bad as the first time. I’m 74 years old, and have been blessed by our Heavenly Father through it all. You have a wonderful family. I have 10 grandchildren and soon my great grandchildren will increase to 15. My quiver is getting full. All praise to our Heavenly Father.

Life has thrown out one challenge after another over the last two years but God had me discover your music and tiny notes. I really thank you 🙏

Yes there has been valleys and peaks over 48 years, but every time I just put my hand out and Jesus took it. Now at this time in my husband and my life , we are joyful and growing older together. thank you Lindsay and Bracin and all you loveley children - I shared your vlogs in my family and it touched them to have a family who follows the LORD together, it so happened that the youngest family looked for help, how to find the LORD not for selfish reasons but to glorify HIM by following HIM whole heartedly. It is such an amazing turnaround that they even recognize deeper how selfish their first commitment was - they wanted to be with the LORD to get into heaven , to glorify HIM was not even in their mind. Now it has become the first place in their lives and the Holy Spirit has surely taken place in them. They are truly born again! halleluja!

So lovely to see everyone. The past year has been tough for me as my husband and I have been struggling to get his visa so we can physically be together. Our daughter is 2.5 years old. I have been quite isolated the past year due to circumstances outside of my control, I was at one point fearful for mine and daughters safety as our safety was being threatened, and at one point we were almost homeless afraid of the future. I really pleaded with God to provide us a home and despite it seeming impossible He provided for us. I've been raising my daughter without my husband here but still with God's help, beginning my first garden, learning to be a homemaker and mother as well as a wife despite the distance, I'm beginning the venture of creating my first official RU-vid channel also, I write and create songs, and produce art... But also, want to encourage young women to read, study and examine scripture. I have a lot to learn still but the fact God has provided a safe home for me and my daughter so I can learn and grow is a huge blessing. I grew up in a very damaging home and so family is something I haven't really had and want to provide for my daughter. Juat wanted to share that not necessarily for the competition but to give glory to God for His goodness and constant deliverance in our lives. - Tanaya 💒

The Lord has been so incredibly good to our family!! This year we had our first post reversal baby and he has been such a sweet blessing to our family, I can't believe that there was a time that my husband and I said no to more blessings. Thank God for the Holy spirit who leads and encourages us in sanctification. I've also been led to wear a covering, and we switched how we homeschool and what curriculum we use.....and we also left our church! Big changes for our family, but in all of it, as challenging as some of the things have been, he is leading us and our hearts desire is only to Glorify God. I'm so thankful for families like yours who live for Christ, it's such an encouragement for those of us who are newer to the faith and find it difficult to separate ourselves from the world.

This past year, our family has been practicing being grateful, praying daily, and partaking in the Sabbath. We are amazed by all the blessings in our lives that we have received. Honoring Jesus has filled our lives with peace and joy. I hope you and your family also feel the Lord’s love ❤️

We have newly discovered your family RU-vid channel and it has been such an uplifting part of our day and such an encouragement as a mother of 2 little ones. My children are ages 4 and 2 and seeing them dance to the songs you all sing and ask for them at nap time has made my heart so happy. This year has been one of letting go and living in simplicity. Learning to truly trust God in all things and to let go of all else. Taking each day one day at a time and coming back to the joy that letting go and letting God brings. Thank you for sharing your family with ours.

It was so nice to see what your family has been up to! I feel that God has been working on showing our family how to really trust in Him for our needs. The past year has shown us that so much is out of our control, and God has shown us how he meets our needs in ways that we could never dream or make happen ourselves.

Lydia is so healthy! Breastfed babies...no doubt! Wow, a year already(in February.) Beautiful family as always...so blessed! Forest, Joseph, such hard workers! Handsome, kind, polite young men/boys(all of them.) Hi Silas, hi Ezra...the chef, hi Noah, hi Elijah 2! How have I seen God working in my life: He gentle reminds me that being with Him is the most important thing, that to fill up much with Him in the secret place and then be a conduit of the river of life to touch others! God has been so good to us this year. Because of great loss, we had to move from our family home to a small home in a 55 and over community. We truly love it and God has been surprising us with so much joy. Our neighborhood is full of wonderful Christians and our street is actually called “the Bible Belt”.
