Tbh most of the time the cheaper options provides the most storage, space and accessibility! You can still have a great looking cage so the cheaper options doesn't necessarily mean an ugly cage, especially if you have a smaller space.

Hey! I notice you use so many peepads and that can cost a bit much over time, i recommend buying furniture pads to put under it or it is also called uhaul pads, you can sew them into the fleece or just put them directly over and wash them when you are done, it doesn't need wicking and it is super absorbant!

Nice new cage for them! I did the same this year for my herd. I also found washable puppy pads that work better then the disposable ones. C&C makes it so nice when you want to expand!

the absolute minimum C&C cage requirement for 3 Piggies is 2 grids by 4 grids but it is always better to go bigger Its a really nice cage, I love the hidey and the tunnels :)

omg I love the cage! one thing I would add is more hiding places for the guinea pigs. guinea pigs are prey animals and in the vid it looks like they wanted to hide, but there was no where to hide. overall, awesome guiniea cage :)

Makenzie Williams I have a cage that is bigger then hers for my two guinea pigs 😊 as long as you are focused it shouldn’t take you too long, I also use bedding and fleece so my longest part would have to be changing the bedding

I change my cage up pretty frequently because I’m still trying to figure out what works best for me. Removing zip ties is what I hate though ._. It’s so hard to do! It usually takes a long time too. I’ve built about 9 different cages since owning guinea pigs.

I was wondering if the 150cm by 75cm ikea table alone would be big enough for two guinea pigs? That would fit a 2x4(72cm by 148cm) c&c cage quite perfectly (We’re not getting guinea pigs, I just looked at tables in ikea’s website yesterday because I like to plan things that probably won’t happen)

A IKEA detolf is not suitable for 2 piggies or even 1 it is much to like a tank which piggies should not be housed in. Although this would be a great hamster cage!

Breanna I know, it’s just hard to know which ones to get, because a lot a their reviews said they weren’t guinea pig safe. I finally found some good ones on another site though.
