He's been lying for years. Why should today be any different? Tell the folks around Port Charlotte/Punta Gorda they dodged a bullet and see what THEY say. Even just the storm surge up Gasparilla Sound/Charlotte Harbor is not going to be fun.

He said that because the deadlier path would be if it followed the Florida coast and was able to maintain strength because the SE side of the hurricanes is the strongest. Curb your trump derangement syndrome for like 3 seconds and think “could he be right”?
