"Look through the eyes of the people you are talking to" My dear God!!! Why can't have more people like this great judge in positions of power?!!! Perhaps then, we can all feel safer. We as members of society should and always strive to be more like him!!! He has set and continues to setting the bar for all of us to follow and strive to achieve!! I can NOT say and stress enough how much of an example he is for all of us to follow!! God bless this real GENTLEMAN!

Rene Reyes I so agree with you ! As soon as he said that I said what you wrote so loudly I scared my dog ! lol. Rene, your entire statement speaks the truth, we do need more judges, police officers, and well, everyone needs to be like him. We are one human family and I feel that when someone asks for help it is the responsibility of the one who hears it to help. Sometimes when we do help, it does not always turn out the way we hope, however, 90% of the time it does so we must keep helping. Thank you so much for what you wrote Rene ! I can see by your comment, that you too are a good person ! All blessings !

@robyfiorili
@robyfiorili 3 года назад
I immediately got she was italian. Her name was probably intended to be Giancarla (Jean-Carla), a pretty common name in Italy. Also her family name, Scavasin, is clearly from Veneto or Friuli, two regions in Italy (in the North-East of Italy, near Austria and Slovenia). Millions of Veneto people went to Brazil in 1800. In the State of Rio Grande do Sul a lot of cities are named as Veneto's cities (Nova Padova, Nova Schio, Nova Treviso, Nova Venezia)

When I researched my family I found the stories of the malcontents just as fascinating in situations. One ancestor in my grandfather's family line was a Jacobite, a loyalist to Queen Mary of Scotland, and very upset Elizabeth got the throne of England. He decided to correct this situation by heading for London, being nobility he could get an audience with the Queen, and correct this travesty. Once in Elizabeth's presence he planned on assassinating her. The only problem was this guy was a raging alcoholic. He stopped at every tavern between Edinburgh and London getting thoroughly trashed and telling everyone who would listen what he intended on doing. I imagine he was a bit surprised when he was met at the gates by the Queen's guard, and escorted directly to London Tower. From what I read he and a few other Jacobites being held were all found hanged in their cells the next morning.
