Okay something interesting I found out is that the building you were talking about was the same building that was in Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom when the Baryonyx attacked but it was refurbished for Jurassic World. It's what I heard and it makes sense since the buildings looks the same.

I don't think those two raptors are the babies. They can't grow that quickly in a day. However there are two theories. 1. The two raptors could be kept elsewhere like how it was in Jurassic Park The Game. 2. Those two raptors could have been other already born raptors before those baby raptor eggs were discovered. Like those two and most likely more could have been in underground tunnels or caverns like in Jurassic Park Novel.
