I did the no contact rule it didn't work😐 I stayed away from my ex for about 4 week's, but as soon as we started talking again we had this major fight and now I'm blocked from all his social media's. lol been blocked for 2 weeks now ,I think I'm pretty F***ed 😅
Okay, now before you claim that No Contact didn't work, you need to ask yourself what really happened? As far as I can tell, you did No Contact (was it Passive or Active?), then you came out of that and got into a fight with your ex. Your ex immediately saw that they were walking back into the same relationship that they walked out of in the first place and decided that they were fed up. So the question is, is it No Contact's fault that you got into a fight with your ex?
Just don't act needy...Neediness is the number killer of relationship. Even if you need your partner, never let them know that. Keep them wondering, be unpredictable. This will make you irresistible and attractive all the time...
What do you have to say about breaking active no contact specifically for women, assuming she's emotionally ready to see him, understanding that men are supposed to be the pursuers in the relationship? Should women wait until an ex-boyfriend initiates contact and respond accordingly or can women do something to facilitate a man's interest in making contact?

Hi Clay. Idid the wrong no contact. I ignored my ex, although she was texting me and even calling me. The an I found your channel, and o understood my mistakes. I tried to do emotional connection with my ex, it didn't work. We dated for a month, she dumped because I was too clingy ( we really liked each other). I'm gonna start active no contact now. So my question is, did I kinda ruined my chances by ignoring her? Could she still be mad at me ? Or does she just need some time ?
Hi Artjom. We understand how the situation must be hard for you. We have to keep in mind that whatever happened in the past had already happened. But we have the present moment to make better choices and even correct those mistakes that we have made. Your chance will always be there but it depends on how you will bring yourself and emotions towards the situation. Remember that your ex is also going through the different phases and that is something that we have to take into consideration as well. She may be in the Wall of Reactance stage as of the moment. Hi Wilan, Social media posting has nothing to do with our Active No Contact but be sure that your intent in posting is not for you to fish any forms of reactions from your ex. Just be aware of what to post and not to post on social media.
its been about 6 weeks now that she left me. we were engaged and together for 5.5 years. I'm starting to think I'm losing feeling or becoming bitter i'm not sure which one it is. i'm lonely and bored without her honestly. i begged for around 2.5 weeks and she cut me off and i continued to try t talk to her for a week and a half but didn't get responses. for about 2 weeks now ive been doing no contact and its been hard. i miss her but i'm starting to wonder if I want her back. we had a wonderful relationship up until she started taking depression medicine 6 months ago and shes been thinking and saying weird things the last few months and now 6 weeks ago she went on a date and then the next day went on another and now shes "talking" to a third guy and hanging out I think. what a way to feel loved by someone I invested SO MUCH time and even money into. stayed up late so many nights making sure she was okay with her depression. helping her with uni work and doing everything I can to keep an eye out for her and she shits on me and doesn't even have the decency to tell me before she goes on dates. I was about to move away from home to be with her in a few months and I have given up everything here at home and now I literally have nothing. no job and no her. thats a complete lack of respect. i'm really at a loss. and whats sad most of all is that i have treated her perfectly. never screamed at her or swore at her not one single time that ive known her. never called her a name or did anything to her bad at all. everyone keeps telling me to let it play out and she will get whats coming to her but the wait is the hardest. I do believe she will get what she deserves. ive been so good to her its unbelievable. even if she never realizes anything, in time she will realize that she lost the best chance at an amazing life and everything she ever wanted with me. I always put her first and made sure she was happy. I got a lot of happiness from seeing how much fun we had. she will one day really regret her actions and this decision. I do know that. her time is running out on me and I hate to say that
weird. I did no contact for 5 weeks and she reached out. shes trying everything she can do to act like she doesn't care and telling me shes so happy but I can tell by her words shes not. i made the mistake today of telling her I can tell shes not happy and she didn't like that. i've made a few mistakes since no contact ended but I haven't initiated communication once. shes started it all. everything is either mean or how great shes doing but I dont care. it shows shes taking the time to talk to me
