I sure hope the dirt in the barn is going to be settled and topped with gravel before concrete is added, or it will settle after the concrete hardens. This will crack your concrete slab. To settle it, you could pack it, or spray water on it, and let that dry...

Make sure you curve the road a good ways away from barn so it’s not like a train derailing too close to the barn and the water doesn’t back up towards the barn and flow into the area where animals stay and live.
