The 550 roll bar should be built much tighter to the chassis so you can weld directly from the chassis to the roll bar. This will add stiffness to the chassis as well as keeping you safer.

@@Not_Hans no, the bar should fit tight against the ‘A’, & ‘B’ pillars, welded directly if possible. The floor attaching is another subject entirely. A roll bar serves two purposes, both safety, and chassis strength and this one appears mostly for looks.

@@geoffreyring1856 He discussed the bars, He didn't thoroughly discuss what he was doing. It isn't the final product. The bar is lust laying in there and not attached to the main hoop. It isn't even notched yet, then it will be sucked tight. the pillars should be gusseted to the bars, not welded directly. I am assuming here but looking at the design of the structure the reason he said he is boxing off the side is because the "frame" is the door sill and the floor pan is only just that. . He is a part of a drift team that competes on a professional race series that inspects and needs certified cages. I am assuming again but I am willing to bet this cage will be certified as well as tracks do still do inspections to drive on their track even for non professional events.

Next time you have pallets of lose stuff stacked like that try wrapping it with cling wrap. It will help stabilize them and make them less wobbly.

Just fly me out 😂🤣 I’ve got some experience installing vinyl, laminate, and engineered hardwood flooring and tearing out any kind of flooring except for concrete itself but I did tear out 3" marble multiple times out of million dollar homes. Actually I’m sure my buddy who I worked with and actually got me the job wouldn’t mind flying out with me, well of course if the prices are right lmao 🤣😂

That Diablo looks so good. I don't think that car should be modified except maybe the exhaust system. The floors is an interesting project that I've always wanted to do in my own garage. Maybe this will convince me to do it once I get another one. That 550 Maranello project is going to be a damn cool car.

Hey guys you need to blur out the street lamps as well as your speedo, they can calculate your speed by the amount of time between lampposts as they are placed at set intervals, they don't need to be behind you they don't need speed guns or anything.

One heck of an amount of extra work and expensive. However once you have it completed. Then it will be looking great. Also will be more fit it’s purpose. Safer and will complement the cars. When your cars are both beautiful and high value. You are going to secure and protect your investment.
