@@GoldSkyeBecause u have MUCH more freedom and WAY LESS RESTRICTIONS. For example they allow u like 3 or 4 hours a day to roam the yard. U can play sports, work out, play video games, go to library, and or just hang out with friends, even go to church. U can actually move around without guards. In which u can't do any of these things in Jail. In jail u have to line up and a guard will take u to so called gym to play basketball or walk around with the supervision of a guard for 1 hour a day. HOPE THIS HELPS U TO UNDERSTAND THE DIFFERENCE LOL.
Diddy is too Arrogant. If he was wise, his counsel would have him sit in jail while in trial. That way he can have time served. If dismissed. He can pay his restitution and go home. That does not mean he admits guilt, he admits he took part in activities. He was too arrogant to settle with those women. This is Fed time he looking at, jail time has no factor. You do day for day in Fed system no game time. The only way he do jail time and it counts is he has county charges, but these are State charges Fed time. I know this due to my dad who was released early due to health issues from Fed system. He died a year later renal failure on a 13 yr sentence.
