Florida let epstien off the hook first. A Trump administrator resigned when that came to light. Florida Court system has a lot to answer for and can't be trusted or believed. Florida has the best sheriff in the USA and some of the worst cops in the US. Florida is a scary place.
No I don't think he thought he could buy anyone but trying to get justice for African Americans in the 80s and 90s was nearly impossible. She has wrong info. That man is due back in court in March 5, 2024. He could have witness protection or a closed door trial due to the media attention & high profile individuals involved. Oddi is not deceased.

Lawyers are supposed stop you from further incriminating yourself. You have the right to remain silent. That silence stops you from saying something that can and will be held against you.
If J. Oddi, had information on prominent people( being around Diddy, would make him privy to important people info.)!!! The safe thing for him as well as his family would be Witness Protection. The United States Marshall Services are aware that there’s people working for the DA, police department & attorneys on these famous people payroll. They have to make it look believeable.

If a prisoner dies in custody and they don't have next of kin or anyone to claim the body and the prisoners belongings they are buried on site or at another designated site with other unclaimed deceased prisoners. A lot of people speak of the prisoners being buried in unmarked graves but that doesn't happen as often as some people think and it happens more in the movies than reality. However, it does happen and varies from state to state regarding the burial or funeral process and whether they have a grave marker etc but mostly it's a plain numbered marker with the prisoner's identification number on it. There are people for whatever reason that go to funeral services for inmates and burial who sometimes donate or make grave markers etc but regardless of any inmate being buried in an unmarked or marked grave there is a paper trail and it's well documented who is located where (like a very well known group in my state who go to the same church as the prison chaplain and volunteer at the prison as well and go simply because they don't think anyone should be buried alone by being tossed in a hole with no one around)

He had the right to break his NDA after he confessed that Diddy had ppl come after him after the settlement was done & over. In private out-of-court settlements, neither party is allowed to talk about or have any contact w/ each other or they face violation of the NDA clause.
I would only hope that's he's in protective custody. Especially due to his video eye witness testimony. Or maybe he went back to his country. Surely there's many witnesses to the freak parties.

He had a public defender as a attorney or a court appointed one, which means that he's not being paid by the defendant and was court appointed. It also means that the lawyer is from the community and could very easily be trying to keep things hush hush and that's why he shut off the microphone. If he was sent to a mental hospital it would be a state run mental health prison and it would be listed as a destination for him..
So..on a Million Dollar Bond, defendant comes up with 100K, only. Judge gives him NO BOND on one of those counts..so he's still remanded to stay in jail...
