Dustin I think this is a great idea. I just tried to put my county in and directed me from the East Coast into the Midwest so I'll make a phone call into my tax assessor's office tomorrow. So interesting what's out there sitting vacant and we pass by wondering what's going on especially being a real estate agent. You're teaching me a lot, I thank you
In theory... This is an amazing investing strategy. I'm sure there's been several instances of this being performed successfully but have never seen a video covering an actual real-world example. I've actually pursued this myself with a tax sale property I purchased & ran across many hurdles in the way of local and state ordinances regarding billboards and public advertising. Could you please provide one where you & your team have completed a deal & are currently making passive income from this practice? Thank you.
Dustin I am definitely interested in this approaxh and would really like your guidance on cost and where to go to have a billboars created. Would like very much to chat.
Hi Dustin. I searched up the words land bank and the name of several counties in Southern California, but nothing specific came up. Can you please give an example or show how I can find these small lands at such low prices? Thanks.
Not exactly. A land bank is an entity that acquires, manages, and repurposes vacant, abandoned, or foreclosed properties to return them to productive use. Forfeited properties, on the other hand, are those that have been seized due to non-payment of taxes and can end up being managed by a land bank.
Dustin can you make a video on purchasing properties in Michigan since it’s a tax deed state. My girlfriend and I have a bout 38k to spend on property and looking for our first investment property. Thanks
Hello Dustin, I been looking at your videos for a couple months now. You’re videos are amazing. I’m still trying to learn the game. I have a few questions. Is there anyway I can get on a quick call with you or you team? I signed up for the Tax Lien & Deed strategy call but I signed up the day after the registration was closed. Thank you.
It depends on whether it is a lien state, a deed state, or a redeemable deed state. You must become familiar with the specific regulations of the state you are interested in.
