man you've been on a roll with these tuts, your tips n techniques really help with capturing the vibe while working on my stuff if it's alright, you think you could make a vid on how to make music in a similar vein to games like tekken 3 / tag1 some day? i really like the sound of those
Just bought 3 of your sample packs and can't wait to try them out. This is perfect for someone like me who is new to the synth world and making this kind of music.
these vids are super helpful to me as i develop my style and discover what kind of music i want to make. i don't usually comment but i really appreciate these tutorials haha
thanks etwoup, really appreciate you breaking the rules to comment :) Best of luck in your production journey, hopefully this helped nudge you in the right direction
PSA: Be careful with old sampler CDs. A lot of them use unlicensed sounds since the 80s and 90s were of course the wild wild West of sampling VS the law.
I wouldn't worry about it too much unless you have mainstream popularity. It would be a waste of time and money for a label to take someone to court who isn't making tens of thousands of dollars off of their copyrighted content.
I love that you’re also just about everything 90s, and putting out all this stuff for free. Archiving techniques that I hope future artists will continue to implement in their productions for decades to come! 🎉❤ let’s keep it alive baby! 🕺
If you take requests, id love a tutorial on music in the style of G Darius. Namely, the tracks Kimera and Adam. Those frantic playstation (techno?) Tracks. Cheers!
@@Thought-Forms right on. Thanks for the consideration. The g darius soundtrack in general is great. It's like frantic industrial techno madness. Hope you dig it.
I remember re-playing the Ghost In The Shell demo countless times on a PS1 demo disc as a kid back in the early 2000s. This was a throwback! Another awesome video. Not really a style of music that I would typically listen to or write but there is still a lot of useful stuff to take away from this video. Love the twerk claps! 😂
The PSX demo disc vibe is unmatched. Being a kid, not able to afford a full game...poppin in that demo disc and drooling over the options. Playing the same short demo over and over again. Time flies. Appreciate it brandon, hope all is well!
@@Thought-Forms You may be right about it of flying underneath the radar. Though I think it was well reviewed at the time. I should have a Japanese copy of the game in a box somewhere still.
Truly an underrated gem. Crazy thing is the game is closer to the manga than any of the movies. I love that 90's is getting a revival through music and games.
Forgive me, But this sounds like acid trance rather than techno. But i love the rhythm. I pray that the dj, club & rave scene has a revival comeback with a vengence especially the climate that were in.
