파운드 틀
16 x 8 x 6.5
[재료]
우유 120g
레몬즙 10g
꿀 10g
소금 4g
통밀가루 100g
오트밀 50g
황설탕 25g
베이킹파우더 2g
베이킹소다 2g
생강가루 1/4 ~ 1/2 작은술
시나몬파우더 1/4 작은술
견과류 50g
건과일 50g
180도 예열된 오븐에 40분 정도 굽고
썰어서 140도에 15분 뒤집어서 10~15분 구어요
[ingredients]
120g milk
10g lemon juice
10g honey
4g salt
100g whole wheat flour
50 g oatmeal
25g brown sugar
2g baking powder
2g baking soda
1/4 to 1/2 tsp ginger powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
50g nuts
50g dried fruit
Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 40 minutes.
Slice and bake at 140°C for 15 minutes, flip over and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
