Very beautiful. I was thinking if the bottom wa s different colors then top green. Turn upside down would be like a bouquet of flowers. Just saying. You are very talented. Thank you for instructions. Might give it a try.
It Beautiful!!!! I love it!!! What an awesome job Patti!! I just came across this video and couldn’t be happier! Thank You for sharing your beautiful TREE Creation!
I love it! I love the one behind you too! Just the green and white is beautiful as well as the one with red on it. Thank you so much for showing us how to make this wreath! 💕💕💕
I love it, My husband just asked me when Im making ny trees? Well maybe tomorrow if I can find beautiful mesh! I have snowflakes somewhere but, Ill check the DT!🎄Thank you for your inspiration, I will give you kudos when I post it😉
Did the deco mesh that you used have the shiny foils in it or was it like the floral mesh? I made two of these for my sister a few years ago using black and white buffalo check poly burlap and ever since I made hers, I've wanted to make myself one but in the green...but now I think I'd rather have it in green and white. You did a fabulous job! I love your videos. I never would have thought to use the plastic mesh that's so much better than the way I did hers and I'm sure your way would last years longer too. Thank you so much for sharing & showing us how to make this!
Thank you so much! The mesh I used does not have any foil in it. That would be pretty, though! I’m sure the buffalo check one you made your sister was gorgeous!
You can always order the triangle frame from Unique in the Creek. It’s definitely a bit bigger than the witch hat form, but it also works really well! I guess, if you’re feeling brave, you can make your own frame. Draw on a piece of cardboard the size you want your tree, and use 14 gauge wire to make the frame. Otherwise, I’m stumped! 🤔
Thank you!!! The one behind me is a lime and white mixed poly burlap under white poly burlap. I did the same petal, but because the poly burlap is so much thicker, they took up more room and I couldn’t fit quite as many going across the bottom row. I may do another tutorial showing how I made that one, too!
Oh boy! The bottom wire wasn’t supposed to be cut off. And no, this wire doesn’t solder. But no biggie! We can fix that pretty easily! Go ahead and cut the plastic canvas as if that bottom wire was still there. Then attach the wire to the plastic canvas in the same spot it should be. You may need to use a couple extra zip ties to hold the plastic canvas together, but it will work. I hope this helps! Let me know!
@@crookedtreecreationsI believe you said Patti it was no fray? Is it the Emerald Green with the foil? From Wreath Outlet. I know the Deco Mesh from $Tree is terrible to handle because of the fraying! Thanks for an advice
@@deborahpage9910 this mesh did not have any foil. The petal doesn’t show any edges, so there is no fraying! I love any “petal” that doesn’t show edges for that reason! 😃
Its a beautiful tree, where do you order your mesh from, I also cant find the proper size canvas at our Walmart or Hobby Lobby or Michaels, I have been looking in those stores for the the past 2 months and no luck, any help would be much appreciated 😊
I usually order my mesh from The Wreath Shop or Craft Outlet. It ships quickly from both places. I get the plastic canvas from my local Joann Fabrics. There is no way to order it online from Joann’s because it doesn’t show if it’s the 5 mesh or the 7 mesh! So I can I’ll get the plastic canvas online through Hobby Lobby. You should be able to find it in the yarn section of your local craft store.
Thank you, yes it has! Ill tell ya Im not a fan of deco mesh either. Ill send you a pic when Im done. I have to order more mesh, it takes a little more then one roll ugh. I get the ribbi brand... K, thank you ttys❤
