Great tutorial! One big recommendation to share for working with foil transfer - it's a good idea to move the white star wheels on your machine all the way to one side, or at least align them so that they don't go over the foil. Otherwise, they can leave tracks of foil on your project!
I’m just waiting for my foiling kit to arrive so watching few videos in advance to be ready just to crack on with projects. Quick question though - shouldn’t tip go the other way round into housing? With the engraved lines facing out?
Hello, love this project! I was able to foil my name properly on the leather but when it goes to cut the tassel the leather bunches up and does not cut properly. Any tips? thank you
Love the tutorial! I have an Explore Air 2. Everything is fine to make it unless I add a textbox with foiling. I can cut faux leather. But if I try to add an element with foiling of the text to it, DS wont let me choose any base material It says my tool(s) is incompatible with selected material.
