Yes that one person would have to start the server. As far as ram and cpu, it could eat at it if you have a weak computer but if my grandpa laptop can handle it, I'm sure it'll work for you to

@@baruch4 Sorry, scam is a very strong word some might find sensitive. I've used exoroton in the past and it's just not good in my opinion. Not worth my money and there are a bunch of different hosting methods that do the same thing but for free, which is what 90% of my audience wants.
