All I had to order to make this was the weight and the tape. It's a good recycling project if you have an old inner tube and a buckle cut off an old bag like this one. A lot of tutorials tape them all the way round, but I found this made my first one a bit inflexible and my buddy advised that his has lasted years with just the inner tube left bare.
