I just wanted to say I made this for thanksgiving for my family, everyone loved it so much, I used frozen raspberries instead of the jam because my family likes fruit in their cakes but regardless it was amazing! Thank you!!
Your Attention to Detail is Amazing..and its just the little things that you tell people like the temperature of the milk which is so important but most people leave out....I think often times people make a cooking video and they expect people to know the little details that may seem so obvious

I don’t know Italian so you may need to use Google translate to translate the English.
