I want to make nice breakfasts for the hubby but there is not always a lot of time to do that. So, I set out to make some of his favorite breakfasts and freeze them so he could have one each day of the week. This way, he can choose what he wants each morning, without the hassle of getting up and rushing to be sure he gets breakfast and out the door on time. I hope you will give these a chance and maybe they will inspire you to do your favorite breakfast foods and fill up your freezer. Link for the Cinnamon Toast French Toast video below.

Morning Miss Karen ...im watching this today on Saturday...the only thing better about this video would to be there with you helping...these were all great ideas & food combos...I swear we cook alike, I too use the same spatula or pan too...dont worry about any noise , that's just part of cooking...on the potatoes I thought it would be good with chopped up onions...& I knew you were going to add butter to them...ha! I like to use Texas toast for my granddaughters’ French toast. That way, I don’t have to do so many because it is thicker

Delicious and a great idea! The only thing I would do is put peppers and onions in the potatoes. I would also send some salsa with the burritos. This is wonderful. I need to do this even though we are both retired now. Thanks Karen 💕💕

This is such a smart way to do breakfast. You could easily do a month’s worth. I agree on the store bought pancake mix . It’s as good as homemade. And I agree on the thinner bread for french toast and I do not over soak mine. I think Pop is a very lucky man and I think he would agree. You’re both very lucky. Beautiful people… great video. Great breakfast ideas Karen. When I make my sausage eggs muffins I will add sautéed veggies as well. I’m definitely going to make the cookies with receese cups. Thank you!

My daughter makes her own breakfast burritos. I like all the choices you have. I am going to try the cookies in the mini muffin tins. Do you have a video making them with the temperature and time to bake them? Thanks!

Bake them per the package directions. When you take them out of the oven, press in the peanut butter cup making sure not to go all the way through the bottom. Return to oven for just a minute or so to soften the peanut butter cup. It will st up as it cools. 😋

And if you don't mind, how much did all of those ingredients cost? Finally, I got to thinking that you could add either bell peppers or jalapenos & onions to those potatoes. Yes, it was close to 3 weeks worth. Lots cheaper than buying out breakfast every morning. I did think about adding peppers and onions, although he likes it, just not for breakfast 😋

Putting dairy in your scrambled eggs does not make them fluffier. This is not MY opinion, its actually science. Google that, don't take my word for it. I'm not being hateful. Actually, you are right. Sour cream makes the eggs creamy, I don't know why, but if you want really fluffy eggs, use water. It's hard to put all of this information in a video. Thank you for watching and commenting ❤️
