Great meal for a hot day in the south. I love English cucumbers. I found a tip online if you bring eggs to a boil for one minute...turn off the heat and cover for exactly 11 minutes...they will come out perfect....no gray at all. I'm amazed every time I make them. So good to see Stephanie with you in the kitchen....enjoy that delicious salad....think I might make me one for supper tonight. Love and Hugs 🥰

I just made this cake today. I used the box mix and used the switch outs like you did. The cake layers turned out great and taste very good. I made my own frosting. Now the cake is delicious, but the cheesecake filling slid out of the center even though I kept it in the fridge. I need to find a way of putting this in a cake pan so it doesn't come apart. Like I said, it tastes very good.
Salad looks yummy! I heard once that there was an assistant on the Rachel Ray cooking show (before she got the talk show) anyway, that assistant came up with that way of cutting the grape tomatoes! She gave mentioned it on her show and then other cooks have done it on their shows!! Looks so good!! 💜🐈⬛🌻
I recently went to Oregon to visit grandchildren and my 13 yr old granddaughter Airabella made chickpea salad vegan style and it was absolutely wonderful!! It was more like chicken salad sandwich style!
A salad sounds delicious. I do love fruit with my salad,especially apples and dried cranberries with walnuts. Yummy!! I love balsamic vinegar. I get mine at Stuarto’s in Lexington Kentucky. Theirs is the best I ever ate. You can actually order from them. Their maple balsamic vinegar is amazing.. Good to see you two beautiful ladies. Love you both. ❤

You may recall that I recently asked you about Ricotta cheese. I'd never tried it before. Well ;;; I'll be 60 next Birthday and how have I missed this beautiful cheese in the past. I'm using it with crackers, salads and baked potatoes. It is delicious. As for this video and here in the U.K., I have never seen Pepper Jelly.
