Do you know you can make perfect Akara without Peeling the Beans skin?
I have told a few people before but they don't believe so i thought to make a video. my observstion is that, with the skin, it is actually tastier.
This recipe have got shrimps in it and it is super super tasty.

Yes o. I was thinking the same thing. Why do I have to peel beans for moi moi and akara. It's not as if someone is marking my work for a golden trophy. So as for me I no dey wash again. 😄😄

It’s because there’s too much seasoning, so those used to just onions, chilly and salt, won’t like it.

I'm here early mormor just bcos the beans I soaked is small ones and has refused to peel so I had to search if I can grind and make for sales still like that and I got this, lemme go try, I hope it pays me at least better than throwing it away😊
