This is called koose in Ghana. It is a black eyed beans fritter also known as beans cake.it is commonly eaten in west Africa as a snack and very popular in Ghana
Nigerians call it akara . This snack was introduced to west Africa by the Hausa people of northern Nigeria, same as in Ghana and even Cameron Today we are making 3 type of koose. The normal raw one most of us know. The koose with bread and the akara with eggs.
