Nkateb3 is one of Ghana's favorite soups mostly saved for special days or for that chop bar experience. Two amazing soups; palm nut soup (abenkwan) and groundnut soup(nkate nkwan) form a holy matrimony and birth nkateb3, and you definitely need to try it👌🏾.
Ingredients
1.5 lb palm pulp (kernels removed)
3 large blue crabs
0.6 lb tripe
1.2 lb smoked mackerel
0.6 lb lb smoked turkey
0.5 lb smoked catfish
0.2 lb herrings
1.8 lb cow foot, precooked
1 cup natural peanut butter
½ teaspoon anise
3 large tomatoes
1 scotch bonnet plus extra to drop in soup
6 grams ginger
2 large onions
Palm pulp
Salt to taste
