I wanted the item to move back and forth but that option box is greyed out. I could not find any details on this behaviour. What criteria is required for the "back and forth" box to be available ?

my arrow isn't looping. i select the box that says infinite. I tried bumping up the count for repeating. Any advice?

im following the steps all the way but my "back and forth" button is greyed out when i try to animate my arrow..can you help??

Hey there, I had this problem too, but was able to resolve it. The back and forth is greyed out because Play Count needs to be more than 1 - change it to 2. Without that change, you can't have a Back and Forth. Hope this helps!

@AdobeAero NOTE: the PNG file *needs to be on your local hard drive*. If dragged and dropped from a cloud drive, you get the following error message: "Reason: RT3D Import failed"

Step 1: Change play count to 2.... Step 2: Select back and forth......Step 3: Select infinity.....Step 4: Preview animation

@@georgeohwevwo7516 Thanks @George Ohwevwo At first I gave up because I was working on the computer but then I opened the project on mobile and it worked perfectly. Know I work in the computer and the previews I do them in the movil. Thanks
