Güzel bir çalışma olmuş. 2A'da 150 gr thrust. Ufak ve hafif RC UAV'lar için yeterli.

The original small rc motors were made from CD rom motors back in the day. It’s a new spin on the old technique.

When you demonstrate spinning, tape a thin plastic rope (colorfull, 1..2 mm diameter) to the axis and rope opened on the table.

try it with a dvd/cdrom bldc motor , it's agressively powerfull, maybe upto 100kV.

Güzel bir içerik olmuş. Teşekkür ederim. Açıkcası elimde söküp beklettiğim 6 adet 4 çıkışlı metalden bağımsız 7200 rpm hdd motor mevcut. Aynı 35a ucuz sürücülerim var. 3 çıkış olduğu için denemedim. Onlarla sürülme ihtimali var mı?

Çalışır. 4 çıkıştan birini bağlamıyorsunuz. Ama bir kaç deneme yanılma ile hangisini boşta bırakacağını bulmanız gerekiyor. Genellikle dıştakilerden bir olur.

If it's a brushless motor, it doesn't matter. If the motor runs the wrong way, just swap any pair of wires and it runs the other way

The middle wire of the motor should be connected to the middle wire of the ESC. The other two determine the direction. It works either way

I'm no expert at all but my guess would be to divide the positive and negative cables and keep the same signal cable so they run at the same speed, the motor would have less power but maybe 2 of them can make up for it

First of all, thank you for sharing your video and also the STL files of the adapter. My HD, in the central part, where the adapter should be fitted, measures 12.5mm in diameter. If I'm not asking too much, would you be kind enough to edit your STL file, in this central part, to 12.5mm in diameter? And, if possible, could you share the edited file here with me? Its ok for some light applications but not powerful enough to be real rc model motors, it is designed to handle 2A maximum, the real ones can handle 20a, 30a, 10 times more powerful, nice video though

@@ShinjuNLG definitely, generally RC cars need more torque , even powerful RC car motors use down ratio gear to increase torque while keeping current low, this hard disk motor is more suitable for light drones or slow RC planes and boats with gears . It simply can't handle high current which is commonly required by RC helicopters, cars, speed boats. High current like 10a will burn it quickly for sure.

02:22 WD'lerde motor 4 telli değil miydi? Hiç motoru 3 telli olan WD Hdd'ye denk gelmedim. Üç telli motoru Seagate'den başka kullanan yok diye biliyorum.

İki tane harddisk açtım. Biri 4 telli (Birini boş bırakıp 3 teli kullanarak aynı sonucu alabilirsiniz.) Diğeri 3 telli. Kafa karıştırmaması için 3 telli olan ile devam ettim.
